Is the description/blurb interesting or attention-grabbing? Does the description show the premise of the story? Is the Foreword neat? Is it pleasing to the eyes?
Plot {-/30}
Is the plot well-structured? Is it unique? Is the plot cliché? Is the plot refreshing to read? Is the conflict clear? Is the plot developed fully? Are there any plot holes?
Characterization {-/15}
Are the characters well-rounded? Are the characters life-like? Are the characters needed in the story?
Grammar, Sentence Structure, & Word Choice {-/15}
Are there any grammatical errors? Does the choice of words fit the style or genre of the story? Are the sentences structured properly to convey a clear message?
Writing Style {-/10}
Is the writing style easy to read? Does the style fit with the genre of the story? Is the writing style create vivid imagery or provide enough balance between narration and dialogue?
Flow {-/10}
Do the scenes in the story flow smoothly? Does the shift or consistency in tone of the story work well within the scenes? Is the story too slow or too fast?

Are there any jarring blocks of text? Does the poster suit the vibe of the story? Are the chapters neat?
Overall Enjoyment {Bonus +1-5 to overall grade}
Is it a story that I personally enjoy reading? Did the story or the elements of the story make me want to continue reading?

[Updated 01/26/17: I made the decision to use Overall Enjoyment as an added bonus since I felt that area was more subjective compared to the other areas in the rubric. Basically, if I like the story, I will give the score bonus points (1 to 5). I also added the criteria of Writing Style since I felt that was missing in the rubric, and as I was reviewing, I didn't know where to comment on regarding a writer's style.]
Fees:
1. Less than five (5) chapters= Free
2. Five (5) to ten (10) chapters= 10 kp
Every chapter after the tenth chapter= 2 kp
So, for example, if you have fourteen (14) chapters, then that will be like this:
10 kp (10 chapters) + 8 kp (4 chapters x 2 kp) = 18 kp.
3. For 25+ chapters, the base fee is 50 kp.
