AFTER DARK
Description
PROLOGUE:
It’s the light of the fire that bought them together. A fire that lit their way when they were lost. And then it was the fire that instead of lightning the night, made it darker and darker until there was nothing there to see and took him away, took him from his loved one, slowly and then all at once, for good, for eternity.
He lights a match three years after, watches the fire consuming the slim wood between his fingers, and watches how the light illuminates the room once more. After dark when the world is already long gone, when dreams take place and the sky is once again black and forgotten, he finds peace in watching the fire burn between his skinny fingers.
He lights a match and three years later, he is remembered that he should not play with fire, because he might get burned this time.

Author T. note: Hello everyone! I came back with a new story. It's my frist time writing a story with someone else so please bare with me. Since Christmas is coming we decided to make it Christmas themed. I will apologise beforehand because this is sad (as everything that i write for that matter), but even so, I hope you will find some happiness and fluff in this to compensate for the angst. I'm sorry for making them sad on Christmas, but it's not like SM is trying to give EXO a happy Christmas. (sorry thou for that but i swear they had a happy Christmas at some point in this fic.) There might not be all the ships, and might only be Kaisoo and Baekyeol, but Baekyeol is the main thing here and the rest are supportive or secondary.
Well with this said, thank you for picking this up and I wish everyone has a Merry Christmas and is always happy with their loved ones!!
