I was dead before that teaser came and suddenly I was revived after hearing it and thought why not update once in a while because that would be a good idea :)

HAHA so long for the long chapter because it’s been weeks since the last, I also at writing dramas so idk :|

"Nayeon?"

"Are you still here?"

Nayeon grunted, narrowing her eyes at her two friends who were busy poking both of her cheeks. She shoves their hands off her, "I'm still here."

Jihyo hums in satisfaction, "Good. Just wait a little bit more. Tzuyu and ChaeNg will be back with the snacks." She high-fived Jeongyeon and laughs in delight as they remember the silly bet the two lost.

Why are you in a daze though? You've been like that since this morning." Jeongyeon asks.

"It's nothing," Nayeon shrugs, clearly lying. Jeongyeon rolls her eyes at the girl, "Yes, surely nothing."

Tzuyu and Chaeyoung returned with their hands full of snacks they bought in the nearest convenience store. They slammed the snacks onto the table where they are currently sitting.

"Whose idea is it anyways to have go snacks outside in the middle of the afternoon where the sun is high up and I'm still freezing like this?!" Chaeyoung huffs, sitting beside Jihyo. Tzuyu followed soon after, grinning behind her.

"Anyways, shouldn't you be thankful? Look around you, the nature, the fresh air, the calmness, serenity. Admit it, you needed it." Nayeon smirks as she unwraps one of the snacks.

Chaeyoung slouched in her seat, "Yeah, I do need it unnie."

Nayeon smiled in victory. But she doesn't know if Chaeyoung is being sarcastic or what.

They were all starting to eat the snack and were starting to be engulf in silence as they do. Looking around, many people are out, hanging out with each other, and the group just felt relieved since it's been a long time they got to enjoy being together.

This group of women sat on the bench just a few meters away from Nayeon's. At first, she really didn't mind them but when she heard a glimpse of what they're talking about, she couldn't help but listen.

"Did you hear? Minato-san is here?"

“Really?”

"Yeah pics of him wandering around the place are everywhere in the internet."

"Let me see! I want to see him~"

“He's so dreamy~”

Jihyo, Jeongyeon, Tzuyu and Chaeyoung were watching Nayeon closely, observes how she grips hard her food, and how obvious it is that she's biting the inside of her cheek. They almost wanted to laugh at the sight but thinks better not.

"It looks like he came out of a manhwa. God, he's so hot."

Nayeon, this time, tries to avert her attention somewhere else, but the flaring off her nose doesn't go unnoticed by her friends.

Breathe in, breathe out

"Motomu-san as well! They're so handsome!"

The once almost laughing-her- Jeongyeon because of the way Nayeon acts a while ago is gone. The smile became a frown as she glares and roasts the women in front of them.

Both know that they're significant others are famous as heck, and they should've known that they have reckless fans as well. Fans, who they should not even have because they're just doing their jobs and girls aren't supposed to ogle their eyes at them every time they breathe, or it's what Nayeon thinks.

She calms down, knowing better than to rage out of nothing and cause a commotion. Jeongyeon breathes deep as well.

"You fine, unnie?" Chaeyoung blurts out, her muffled laughs doesn't go unnoticed by the two and ends up receiving a glare from the both of them.

"Yes, of course. I mean why wouldn't I?"

"Really?"

"Y-yeah."

"Sure?"

"I'm sure."

"You're alright?"

"Yes."

"..."

"..."

"..."

"I'm not fine goodness! This is hard! It's hard having all these people gawking at him for like every minute and I really have to hear it with my own ears I mean I'm not complaining but it's just he's so perfect I don't even know what to do!" Nayeon screams out, exhaling as she tries to calm herself down, to which she unfortunately didn't succeed.

"Calm down, okay? It's not like every day they really have people following and talking and gawking at them right?" Jihyo asked looking at Nayeon and Jeongyeon for answers but the latter shook her head, proving Jihyo wrong. (The first time she ever is.)

"Oh... but... but Minato and Motomu doesn't mind those girls I mean did you see how whipped Hirai is for Jeongyeon? And Myoui, he's always blabbering about how much he misses you when you guys only separated for like a minute, now it's making me question how he survived when you guys are far from each other."

"Yeah, right." Nayeon muttered, not entirely believing what her friend has been saying, "I mean he's always away, he's probably surrounded by girls there, and I'm—"

"Wait, hold up," Jeongyeon intervened.

“You mean you doubt Minato? After all the times you've been together? Why now? Is that why you've been thinking?”

"I'm just afraid. I don't want him to leave again. I always want him to be by my side. I know it's greedy but I can't help it, I miss him much more and I couldn't let go knowing anytime soon he'll be going back to Japan and leave me here again."

Everyone went into silence, realizing what the older has been feeling all this while, their relationship having no certainties, just consists of waiting and waiting. Can you blame Nayeon for acting like this?

"Aha! Anyways, what has happened to your project, Tzu? I mean, we haven't talk about it but it’s a thing to be celebrated," Nayeon tried to change the topic and while the others were hesitant, they complied anyways and to Nayeon, there’s no point in being dramatic anyways.

"And guess who'll be treating us for this celebration?" Jeongyeon deemed, too excited to put all the expenses to their lovely, kind, and generous unnie, as she would say.

All of them looked at Nayeon with Tzuyu smiling cheekily. Jeongyeon and Chaeyoung high-fiving each other, Jihyo could only muster a sigh with Nayeon dumbfounded as heck, having no idea how the tables have turned like this.

"Hey, do I have no say in this? Yah! I'm here! You guys, not every time I'll be treat—are you even listening to me?!" Nayeon shouts, giving up shortly after seeing that her lovely friends will not listen to her how much she tried.

"Myoui ssi?"

"Sir?"

With a final last push of his arm, the employee ran for his life, immediately reaching the door when he flicked off his boss's forehead because Minatozaki Sanjiro ordered and told him so.

"What the he-" He grunts, slowly stretching his head up after someone disturbed his deep slumber.

Looking around, he saw nothing but when he looked behind him, he almost got a heart attack, when he saw a figure with watchful eyes staring back at him.

"Holy sheep! Sanji what the?! What did I even do wrong? All I wanted is a sleep. A sleep. Is that too hard to give?"

"It would be if you're sleeping in your own office. I told you to not think about work while you're here yet here you are, dozing off in his room." Sanjiro crossed his arms, walking around, encircling the guy as if interrogating him and Minato doesn't know why.

"There's nothing wrong visiting the company once in a while, right?" He asks, feigning innocence as he does.

"Yes, there is.”

The truth is, he's dozing off in his office because he's been preparing something for someone and he's been thinking nonstop about it and where does his mind work the best? Of course in the office.

"I'm not doing anything; I'm just taking a nap."

"Don't even sneak your way out of this, Mina."

Mina didn't bother saying anything after that, too tired and grumpy to even talk to Sanjiro.

"So now what?" Minato asked after a full minute of silence with Sanjiro becoming blank each second pass.

"You... uhh... you actually need to get fixed?" Sanji says albeit hesitant. Scratching the back of his head while raising a brow.

"Fixed? What me?" Mina pointed to himself.

"Yes, actually,"

"What?!"

"There's actually an event, wait, a ball of some sort? And it is required to have an attendance and I-uhh.."

He couldn't continue seeing Minato glaring at him like that. He isn’t even sure of himself about it.

"And I am assuming it is today?" Mina checked his watch, sighing as he does. He did just wake up and suddenly things and duties come sprawling all his way again.

"Yes, and—"

"Why didn't you tell me sooner?” He sighed. “There's no use anyway. What time will it be?"

"In the afternoon,”

"And I'm guessing you still have something to say? Guessing with the way you're looking at me right now." Mina stares back at his friend, clasping his hands in front of his table.

"You... you need to your mother," Sanji waited for a response but all Mina was giving him is silence. "Your father's supposed to be but his declining health refuses to let him leave the house. It'll be best if you do it."

"I have no say in this anyways, and it's just once."

"So you're fine with it? Well then, I'll get going. And I tried to say it to you but i forgot that you're here not for work but this is—"

"You're ranting again, Sanji. Now go, I'm still tired, let me sleep for a while."

"Oh, I'll get going then. See you in a while and don't you dare doze off at that ball okay?"

Minato could only nod as Sanjiro disappeared behind the door, "Finally some silence again."

It was supposed to be peaceful but once again, he was nervous, it wasn't something to be nerve-wrecking, not scary the way he thinks of it now but just by thinking of him and his mother together? Oh, that would be terrific.

"I hate this." He mutters before succumbing to his overdue sleep.

Motomu nudges the arm of his girlfriend, whose busy staring at the stuffs they sell at the mall. With Christmas being near the two decided to walk around the mall, everything was perfect except one: Motomu Hirai.

"Jeongyeon, let's go watch a movie or eat something. We're just walking in circles."

"What? We just ate snacks a while ago though?" Jeongyeon glanced at the man beside him, his head leaning on her shoulder and she's curious if the guy's neck is not aching while walking with this position.

"That was a snack. That doesn't count as one, okay. They're different. Totally." He clings to her arm, and Jeongyeon couldn't help but smile, thinking back, she didn't thought they would be together, always a tease, an idiot she would say. She didn't know he would be this clingy, this soft, this... this confident.

"Am I too handsome for you to be looking at me like that?"

Jeongyeon scoffed, rolling her eyes with what she heard, "Don't be too assuming, Motomu,"

The couple laughed and strolled around the mall, Motomu finally gaining energy as they shopped and becoming noisy as he does, completely forgetting he was supposed to be calm in the looks of the public.

They stopped to eat, waiting for their food. Motomu exhaled as he sat, "My legs hurt so bad."

Jeongyeon made face at him, making him move further so she can sit as well, "That was just a little walk. I can't believe you can't handle that." She grins,

"Yeah, yeah, you're the athletic now." He grunts.

The smell of the food wake all his senses up, immediately gaining all the energy lost with their so called "Mall trekking"

It was not long until both finished what they eat, as they are equally hungry, resting for a while before continuing their stroll, Motomu remembered something.

"Jeongyeonie, I actually have something to tell you,"

"Hmm," She wipes with a tissue before continuing, "What is it?"

"I want you to be my date."

Jeongyeon laughs, "Isn't that what we’re doing now?"

"No, to be my date, as in date." He said emphasizing the word, hoping Jeongyeon would get what he means.

"I don't get it."

"There's an event I have to attend to and I'd be really honoured if you're there beside me, so will you be my date?" He asks, and Jeongyeon goes into tomato face immediately, this doesn't go unnoticed by him though as it was very obvious, too obvious and he was loving every second of it.

"Me? An event? Why me? I mean you can take anyone?"

"Don't you want?"

"No, no, it's not like that but... do you, do you think I deserve to be there?"

"Of course! Yes, I know you're still doubting me about my past about girls and I've changed, really, and it's because of you and if you still don't believe me then I'll remind you every day, and if that doesn't work then I'll fi
