Hey guys! OMG it's been so long! I'm  sorry for leaving this unupdated!

I do have reason though! I went to boot camp this summer and became active duty military! So I was busy this summer and without my phone and laptop for 3 months, but I'll be back a little more now, I still have a month of training to finish, BUT that is all haha

So, here's the next chapter and I'm going to try and update again while I'm home on leave. I hope you guys like it, I really like this story haha and I feel bad saying that  because you all only get a chapter at a time :c

That night Chanyeol sat alone in his and Kris’s shared hotel room thinking about the day’s events.

Daniel claimed Taeyoon harassed her.

Taeyoon claimed the two were a couple from hell and he would basically abuse her.

Elena supposedly hated tattoos. But she had one. One that was less than three years old.

Chanyeol wondered if he could figure out just what the hell the X with two roses behind it meant that maybe he could figure it out… but where to even start?

“Yeol, those papers she was covering have nothing, I had Min scan them even and Sehun and I looked through them again, there’s literally nothing besides company .” Kris said appearing in the doorway that connected their two rooms.

Chanyeol sighed and nodded his head “Alright, well just bag ‘em and toss them in evidence. We don’t have use for them right now anyway.”

Kris nodded “You okay? You’ve been acting a little different since we got here.”

“I just don’t have much of a fond parting memory with this place is all.” Chanyeol answered trying not to think about it.

Kris gave a slow nod “Well, if you need anything, let me know.”

Chanyeol gave a nod and Kris left closing the door leaving Chanyeol to his thoughts again.

‘She’s only a year older than me, and she clearly had someone after her. I can’t say it’s Daniel, but I also can’t rule out Taeyoon even though he didn’t seem like he was the one and Sehun’s pretty convinced it’s not him either… nothings been found for sure with the vehicle or shoes and no evidence or anything shows on any of the bodies…. Whoever did this is too good and I don’t like it…’

Chanyeol’s cell then started ringing pulling him out of his thoughts, it was Yixing.

“Hello?”

“Hello dear boss of mine, so I’ve been looking into the files you left me with and I’ve got something rather interesting. Earlier right after you all left the morgue I went in to see if I could find any internal problems. I couldn’t find much unfortunately, but when I checked her arm with her tattoo, that tattoo is only days old. Maybe a week at most. The skin under is still irritated and it wasn’t professionally done either. Whoever did this, did it right before she died, I can’t say if it was a part of the M.O. persay, but it’s definitely not something she got done because she wanted it. There’s tearing under her skin, you can’t see it on the top layer, but underneath, when she was getting this done, it was clear she was in a hell of a lot of pain it was not what she wanted, I’m emailing you the pictures now.” Yixing said and sure enough, there was a ding and Chanyeol pulled his phone away from his ear and there was the email.

He opened it and downloaded the images sent with. Yixing had sent quite a few pictures and it was just as he described. Under her skin, there was tearing and irritation. She was trying to move or get away when it was getting done. But there was something that caught Chanyeol’s eye. Right where her elbow and forearm met there was something black.
