Once the weekend came around Jinyoung was ready to go to Bam's and once he arrived he knocked on the door and Bam eagerly opened the door and greeted him. Jinyoung smiled softly as he followed him inside, he closed the door behind them and first thing Bam's little sister came rushing up to him and hugged him. Jinyoung hugged back and smiled while ruffling her hair.

She smiled and giggled lightly, "Bammie told me you're here for the whole weekend!"

"Mhm that is correct" Jinyoung smiled and laughed a little seeing how excited she was

After a while of talking with Bam's sister he then followed Bam to his room and he set his things down and laid on the bed. Bam laid next to him and he slapped Jinyoung's stomach, Jinyoung lost his breath for a second and he sat up while glaring at Bam, but then he ended up smiling and laughed a bit, "Ah you punk" 

Bam laughed and sat up as well, "Yup that's me~" 

Jinyoung rolled his eyes and laughed again as then they both started to play a video game. After a couple of hours passed Bam's mom came in smiling softly at the boys and told them it was time to eat. They both eagerly went into the dinning rooom and started to eat, Jinyoung had to admit he did love coming over to Bam's because his mom always made sure he ate well and he loved the fact he was welcomed at his house, plus being at Bam's helped him not think so much about Jaebum. 

Jinyoung continued to eat feeling great but then all of a sudden his phone started to vibrate. Jinyoung ignored it as he continued to eat and talk with Bam and his family. His phone kept going off like crazy, Jinyoung got tired of it as he simply turned off his phone. He wanted to enjoy his time away from the Im estate, and he didn't worry about anything to much as Jihye already knew where he was.

As Saturday came around Jinyoung and Bam woke up around 10 in the morning, they both decided to get ready and go out to have some fun at the mall. Jinyoung really didn't mind going shopping with Bam, as normally it was just Bam buying things like makeup, etc. Jinyoung and Bam left the house and made their way to a bus stop, as they were waiting around and talking Jinyoung was looking across the street and noticed someone familiar. Of course it had to be him. Jinyoung quickly looked away and he did his best to focus his attention to Bam, but he took glances here and there to make sure that Youngjae didn't notice him. 

Thankfully he didn't, Jinyoung sighed of relief as then the bus arrived and they both got on. Bam and Jinyoung continued to talk about nonsense till they got to their stop. Once they arrived they started to walk down the street looking around at some shops, but eventually they made it to the mall. Jinyoung already knew of the places where Bam would want to go, so he was already walking to one of the places Bam liked to go to a lot. It was clothing store that had high end clothes, shoes, and accessories. Jinyoung knew Bam never bought anything here, but he knew he loved to window shop. So they both looked around. Bam was excitedly dragging him to this one area where there were a lot of diffrent shoes and Bam pointed to a pair that he liked. Bam picked up the shoe and looked it over in awe, Jinyoung smiled and laughed a little seeing how happy he was and right then they heard a voice come from behind them.

Jinyoung cringed a bit hearing the familiar voice and they both turned around, Bam holding the shoe close to his body and Jinyoung simply rolled his eyes. 

"I can get those for you if you'd like" Youngjae repeated as he walked closer to them

Bam's mouth hung open and he put the shoe back while shaking his head, "Ah no it's fine" 

Jinyoung raised an eyebrow at Youngjae as he moved closer to him and Jinyoung scoffed a bit. Youngjae wrapped his arm around him and Jinyoung grew stiff. 

"Come on let me get them for you, I'll get you something to my cutie" Youngjae looked at Jinyoung and cooed while gently pinching his cheek. 

Bam bit his lip a bit deciding whether he should accept or decline, but he figured why not, "Ah sure" He smiled and told Youngjae thank you a bunch of times. Youngjae smiled and nodded as he called one of the workers over and told him he'll get the pair of shoes and Bam told them his size. Youngjae looked at Jinyoung and Jinyoung rolled his eyes once again and Youngjae couldn't help but smile. 

Once they made their way to the counter Jinyoung looked at Youngjae and he bit his lip a little as he was thinking, maybe Youngjae isn't so bad. Youngjae noticed Jinyoung looking at him and he smirked at little, "What? Finally noticing how handsome I am" 

Jinyoung rolled his eyes and scoffed, "Whatever" 

Youngjae laughed and he cooed while wrapping his arm around Jinyoung once again. Then he used his other hand to hand the worker his card and he paid for the shoes, Bam smiled and grabbed the bag and he thanked Youngjae once again.

As they walked out and started to wander the mall Jinyoung couldn't help but start to take a liking to Youngjae, even though he still thought he was a bit annoying and he sighed quietly as he thought to himself, 'Well son of a gun, this annoying guy is right, I am starting to fall for him' 

As the day went on they all ended up hanging out and Jinyoung started to get a bit more comfortable with Youngjae around. And he started to learn a little more about him as well, Youngjae was enjoying his time with Jinyoung and he noticed that throughout the day Jinyoung still didn't tell him what he wanted so he could get it for him. Jinyoung was being considerate and didn't want to burden Youngjae on having him get him something so he never asked throughout the day. 

Youngjae drove them back to Bam's once it got late, Bam thanked Youngjae for the hundreth time and he made his way inside, Jinyoung lingered a bit and he looked at Youngjae and smiled a little, "Thank you for today, this is the happiest I've seen my Bammie." 

Youngjae smiled back and he nodded, "Not a problem at all, by the way you still haven't told me what you wanted. How about this, this coming weekend let me take you out and we can look around and maybe after get some food?" 

Jinyoung scoffed a little and laughed a bit, "Like a date I'm assuming?"

Youngjae smiled even more and nodded, "Yeah like a date. How about it cutie? This next Friday?" 

Jinyoung rolled his eyes hearing him still call him cutie, but he had to admit he kinda liked it, "Sure" With that simple answer Jinyoung quickly got out and he made his way inside Bam's house. Jinyoung's face flushed a little as this was going to be his first date ever. Once Jinyoung got off Youngjae bit his lip then he smiled again as he held his fist up and said to himself many times, 'yes, yes, yes'. After Youngjae calmed down his excitement he drove off back to his house. 

Jinyoung went into Bam's room his heart beating a little bit faster then normal and Bam looked over while smirking and he wiggled his eyebrows, "Oooooooo someone's catching feelings~" 

Jinyoung shook his head and he glared at Bam, "Shut up" 

Bam laughed and he nudged him, "So tell me what happened, I know something happened my dear Prince Jinyoungie" 

Jinyoung laughed a little hearing the word prince once again and he shook his head a bit, "Again with the prince thing" He took a deep breath before he told him, "Well....He asked me out on a date next weekend....And I said yes..." 

He looked at Bam, whose mouth was hung open and Bam quickly hugged him, "Ahh I'm so happy for you Jinyoungie!" 

Jinyoung hugged back and he smiled softly, "Ahh Bam you'll have to help me though, I don't know what I should wear, or how I'll do my hair" 

Bam laughed and he patted Jinyoung's head, "We'll figure things out" 

Both continued to talk until they eventually fell asleep.

As the weekend winded down Jinyoung thanked Bam and his mom for letting him stay for the weekend, and he left while getting in the car. Hyun Ryu smiled and looked back at Jinyoung, "Have fun this weekend" Jinyoung smiled nodded happily, "Yes I had a great time" 

Hyun Ryu smiled and nodded as he turned around and started to drive them back to the Im estate. Jinyoung looked out the window and before he forgot he turned his phone back on and his eyes widened a bit seeing a bunch of notifications. There was an unknown number that kept calling and texting and he looked at the messages and scrolled through surprised that it was Jaebum. Jinyoung's heart started to race a bit but he did his best to shake it off. The messages from him were mostly asking where he was. Jinyoung shook his head a bit in disbelief and he thought to himself 'Why is he worried, we still barely know one another'

Once they arrived Jinyoung got off and thanked Hyun Ryu, and he made his way inside, but to his surprise he was greeted with a hug. Jinyoung didn't know how to react and he looked around and he blinked a couple of times as Jaebum pulled back, "Where were you?!" 

Jinyoung looked at him confused and he tilted his head to the side a bit and he raised his eyebrow a bit, "At a friend's house, why?" 

Jaebum let out a relieved sigh and he looked at him and he chuckled a bit while putting one hand on his head and he scratched his head a bit, "Ah sorry, just.... I was a bit worried, you know this is my first time ever having a step brother, and I was worried something happened. I know we still don't know each other well but yeah..." He nervously chuckled and Jinyoung still has his eyebrow raised as he slowly nodded and he walked past him and made his way back to his room. 

Jaebum was left standing there and he hit his forehead a bit, 'God why did I make such a big deal, I still don't know him the hell' He shook his head still trying to figure out why he was worried in the first place, maybe because Jinyoung looked so innocent he felt the need to protect him? Jaebum groaned and sighed as he shook his head and walked back to his own room as well.

As the week started Jinyoung was starting to grow eager for Friday but he was still also very nervous, when he came back from school he went into his room and laid down. He looked up at the ceiling and he smiled softly while blushing a bit and he shook his head and squealed a little as tomorrow was the day of his date. 

Youngjae came over to hang out with Jaebum and their other friends and they were back in the pool outside. They were swimming around and having fun, then Youngjae went to the edge of the pool and he reached over grabbing his phone and he took a picture of himself and sent it to Jinyoung. Jinyoung heard his phone go off and he checked it and he immediately blushed while looking at it and he bit his lip a bit. Both started to text back and forth and Jaebum tried calling Youngjae over and Youngjae was too distracted texting Jinyoung. Jaebum swam over and he caught a glimpse of who he was texting and his eyes widened a bit and he got a little mad. 

Jaebum remembered that one night where Youngjae got shot down by Jinyoung but now their texting nonstop? Jaebum was seriously confused and he lightly coughed a bit, "Ahem. Youngjae, come on were gonna go inside now" Youngjae locked his phone and he turned around and smiled softly while nodding and he got out, "Ah alright" 

Jaebum looked at him and he chuckled lightly, "You're in a happier mood lately, what's up?" 

Youngjae smiled and he chuckled lightly, "Ah just.. Happy is all" 

Jaebum raised his eyebrow and he smirked a bit, "Who is it?" 

Youngjae continued to smile and he bit his lip a bit while looking down at his phone seeing a message pop up from Jinyoung, "Ah... I dunno if I should say" 

"Ah come on bro tell me, who is it that's making you extremely happy" 

"Ah, well don't get mad. It's your step brother Jinyoung, don't get mad. I know I should have told you I was interested in him" 

Jaebum acted shocked and he chuckled a bit while forcing a smile, "Ahh well that's good, I'm happy for you" 

Youngjae smiled and he nodded, "Thanks bro, again I should have told you sooner" 

Jaebum shook his head and forced another smile, "No worries, I'm just glad your happy"

Youngjae nodded and he helped Jaebum out and they all walked inside to go wash off and change.

Jaebum still doesn't know why but he is kind of jealous but then again he's kind of mad, could it be he just wants to protect Jinyoung? He doesn't know and it's frustrating him.

Sorry it took me forever to update, life happened haha, and ahh sorry if the end of this chapter is kinda eh but I will write better for the next chapter
