That is what we aim to deliver here at Kefi Apartments.  In a world where an abundance of negative vibes and events exists, we hope you will find our humble estate a safe haven. We do not really strive for a large quantity of members (although it would be great to have many tenants with us!), but the existence of warmth and positivity are what we consider to be the most crucial. Thus, we will try our best to bring a cordial ambience to the place. We want to be the place (and people) you can lean on and receive strength from when the weight of life is too much to bear.  SO, JOIN US! WE ARE ALL WAITING FOR YOU!

tenant's rules and guidance

These rules are meant to be followed, not neglected

I. General Rules

01. This is a semi-au roleplay. You are still a celebrity (idol, actor, model, etc.), but you have the freedom to portray your character however you like . With that being said, don't mix IC with OOC!

02. We accept faceclaims who are active in Korea only. Also, double account is very much frowned upon.

03. Only straight relationships are allowed, and there's a two-week dating ban. Move-in couples are welcome, however. Just notify us in advance and don't forget to interact with other residents!

04. Be active for at least two days a week. This sounds a bit harsh, but no one wants a character hog. 5 days of inactivity will lead to a kickout.

05. Since this is a semi literate roleplay, we expect you to take advantage of this apartment theme into your roleplaying situations. Please don't give other members curt replies a.k.a one-liners (unless it's a SNS post.)

06. We do not tolerate face-chasing. Please refrain yourself from doing so. Be friendly and talk to everyone! 

07. Whenever a new tenant comes, everyone must greet them. Be it in the introduction post or a wall post. No one wants to be left out, right? pw: a word that you think describes you best. 

08. All tenants have an one-month ban in changing their face-claim, and another one-month ban after each change. Also, the cost for changing is 400 Koins. 

09. We only accept applications from AFF accounts that are at least 1 year old. Please unprivate your account when applying.

010. Please inform admins if you're on hiatus or you're leaving. In the case of leaving, please unfriend everyone and leave the groups.

011. Admins are strict when it comes to cleaning friendlist, so please cooperate with us upon first notice.

012. No OOC dramas! IC dramas are acceptable, but only when they are plotted beforehand. 

013. Last but not least, we wish you a happy stay! 

II. How To Join

01. Subscribe is a must. Upvote is optional, but is welcomed.

02. Check if your desired faceclaim is available, or check the wishlist and grant one of our wishes!

03. When applying, please use the format shown in the box.

04. After being approved by an admin, you will have 24 hours to make your account. Extension will be granted if asked.

05. We only accept accounts with real hangul/romanized names of the celebrity.

06. Within a week after your arrival, please publish a bio with your MUN’s details, character’s personality, likings and room information to your profile. It doesn’t need to be fancy or too detailed, however.
