Chanyeol’s palms were sweating. His eyes darted back and forth from his parents to the girl beside him. The clanking sounds of utensils and occasional short conversation between his parents and that girl didn’t really registered in his mind, because the only thing that he was thinking right now is how to take his out of here. He looks out at the big window across from him. Late November, the cold weather already came as expected, most people probably spending their night cuddling under their warm cover and listening to some their favorite song until they’re falls asleep with a glass of hot chocolate warming their inside. But not like him, spending his entire night to have dinner with his parents and the stranger girl beside him in a fancy restaurant with heater blasting so powerfully and that success to make him more sweaty than usual. He pulls out a heavy sighs as he pokes the dishes on his plate lazily. He wants to watch the latest episode of his favorite anime.

“So, Chanyeol… what do you think?”

The question come unexpected and oh-so-randomly for Chanyeol as he only look at his parents with perplexed expression.

“Huh?”

The girl beside him giggled annoyingly, nudging his side while covering his laugh with her hand. Chanyeol almost at the touchy gestured, but he tried to swallow back his distasted and continued to stare at his parents for explanation.

His father calmly linking his fingers together on the table, looking at him with business-like-smile before his hand gesturing to the girl beside him who smiled back at his father with her annoying smile. “Kim Dasom, daughter of Kim Daesung the owner of LT Corp. She was born in Japan and studied for five years in California University to get her law degree. And now she’s comeback to Korean and built up her own law firm by herself.”

With another random explanation from his father, Chanyeol tilts his head to the side with an eyebrow raised. “So? I don’t see anything that relates to me here.”

This time is his mother who chuckles at his clueless expression. She puts down her tea before smile widely at him.

“This beautiful Dasom agreed to be your wife, Chanyeol.”

Chanyeol blinked again, both hands stop poking at his food before he let them falls lifelessly on his side.

“I need to use bathroom now.”

Quickly, he excuses himself out of that suffocated private room and go to the farthest toilet at there.

Once the toilet door slammed shut behind him, he quickly dials the first number on his speed dial. And in no time, the person from another side received his calls with a quiet yawn.

“Yo, who are you and who the are you? How dare you to disturb my beauty sleep?!” 

The familiar voice successes to bring back the smile on his face and calmed down his beating heart after hearing the sudden news from his parents.

“This is me. I need your help.” He said with hushed voice.

“Oh. What is it this time?”

“Be my fiancé for three months.”

“WHAT?!”
