CHAPTER 18

Some hours later, feeling a headache, Tiffany slowly opens her eyes, blinking a few times to regulate her vision to look at her surroundings. Now, with a clear vision, she could realize that she was inside an old warehouse, completely locked, without any windows, just one opening in the wooden wall at her right side and a wooden door. She also heard sounds like sea waves, due the smell she could realize that she was close to the sea, trying to get up, she immediately falls, since that her feet and hands were firmly tied up, instantly, feeling nervous, worried and frighten at the same time. She finally remembers everything, when suddenly… “!!!”

“Wooyoung…” Only to remind him, her body shakes in fear, so she desperately tries to untie the rope, but it was useless since it was strong tied. Tiffany sighs heavily as she thinks how much everyone could be worried about her… and Jess, awfully...

“God! Please help me…” With that, she says unconsciously with one tear falling by her cheek:

“Jessi…”

“He won’t listen to you right now…” A sinister voice spreads in the whole place along with a silhouette moving into her direction. Revealing a Wooyoung with a devious grin plastered on his face, which now was with a few scars thanks to his last fight with Jess; he slowly approached from Tiffany, making the latter retreat herself apprehensively and nervously until her back hits the wall, seeing that she was corned, she started to breathe heavily with her heart beating painfully on her chest. So she storms out in despair:

“WHAT YOU WANT FROM ME?!”

“Hahahahahahaha!!! I thought you wouldn’t ever ask!” He stopped and retrieved himself, still with his evil smirk when he watched the fear in her eyes, he continues:

“More than you know… precisely, about you and your stupid boyfriend!!”

“WHAT?!” She speaks incredulously as she stared at him, continuing her sentence:

“This is all about me and Jessi?! My God, Wooyoung! Why don’t you understand that HE is the one that I love, not you! GET OVER IT!” She speaks stubbornly without any fear this time, he frowned angrily due her remark, but then, he chuckles wickedly:

“You thought it would be that easy, huh?” He tells her his story as he was staring her fiercely:

“Everything was perfect… I almost succeed…”

“It was such a perfect plan; Make you fall in love with me, since I’m the perfect guy that any girl would fall. Then, I would manipulate you to your father to show him that I would be the perfect son-in-law, marry with you and when time comes, I would take over of Hwang Enterprises, after get a rid of you two…” He laughs like mad again as he watched the color of Tiffany’s face is drained:

“YOU SICK!!!”

“Ahahaha thank you, but I always get what I want!”

“But – but I don’t understand, you already comes from a rich family, why you can’t be happy with you already have?!” She speaks incredulously to him as he punchs hard the wall and speaks darkly:

“Never will be enough! And then… that stupid Jess comes and ruins everything! He destroyed all my plans when he shows up! He took you from me! Nobody take what is mine! NO ONE!”

“I NEVER WAS YOURS AND NEVER WILL BE!!!” This sentence triggered his anger; he gritted his teeth and dashed to Tiffany’s direction with his face a few centimeters away from her, to show her something beneath his shirt… a gun… Seeing his madly stare; Tiffany could only close her eyes and prays silently to God wishing her rescue. He says in a furious and refrained tone:

“It would be good if you keep your tongue inside your mouth to guarantee your safety… for now…”

A sly grin form in his face as he proceeds in kiss her forcefully as she started to flail herself desperately, pulling herself quickly out of him. He just chuckles madly as she frowned in disgust:

“Feisty huh?! I like that! I know you enjoy it!”

“YOU DISGUST ME!”

She said as she spits in the ground with visibly anger and repulsion in her face, so he says getting up again going to the door, turning around for the last time, showing his evil expression with a sly grin:

“You better get used to, since when you cute boyfriend shows up, I’ll introduce to him… a good friend of mine…” Then, he shows his gun to Tiffany making her eyes double sized with visible despair and fear in her eyes as she begs hopelessly with tears in cascade on her cheeks:

“PLEASE! DON’T HURT HIM! I BEG YOU!!”

“Hahahahahahha too late for beg now hahaha!” He slams the door, even that his evil laugh could be heard; Tiffany stars to cry again, lowering her head, already sobbing, praying even more:

“Please! Please, God! Don’t let him hurt Jessi! Please!”

Jess runs like mad to his home, his mind were attached in save Tiffany and nothing else was important. Finally arriving there, he was greeted by his mom, yet he didn’t say anything, it was visible his despair and worry, he just runs to his room, taking everything which he would need and go down quickly to the stairs going to the front door’s direction, already covered by sweat and panting hard. Grabbing the knob, a hand stops him; he turned around to see his mom staring at him worriedly as he demands quickly:

“Mom! Please, let me go!”

“No! Only if you tell me what is happening! You are worrying me, Sooyeon!” She looked to his frighten eyes, like if he was lost… she puts her hand on his shoulder trying to calm him down:

“Please, dear, sit and tell me what happened.”

“I CAN’T MOM! TIFFANY WAS KIDNAPPED! I NEED TO SAVE HER!”

“WHAT?!” Now Mrs. Jung was really shocked, she couldn’t believe how someone could do such a thing as she asks at him already worried:

“BUT- BUT WHAT HAPPENED?!” He breathes heavily and quickly explains his mom the happenings at the park and about Wooyoung. She gasped due his explanation, Wooyoung was really insane, she thought, yet Jess’s sniff breaks her train of thoughts as he lowered his head:

“It was my fault… everything was my fault…” She sighs heavily due her “son’s” melancholic tone as she lifts his head softly to see fresh tears falling in to his cheeks, he really was desperate:

“No, it wasn’t your fault, dear, Wooyoung is crazy…” so she hugs him tight, comforting him, but he shakes his head and says even in tears:

“I NEED TO DO SOMETHING! I CAN’T SIT HERE AND LET TIFFANY ALONE WITH THAT SICK!” Seeing the despair in her ‘son’ eyes, she tried to calms herself and speaks in a wise tone:

“So you better talk with your friends, they need to know.” He wipes his tears and nodded his head:

“It’s useless stays here crying now, we must do something!”

“All right, I’ll call Krystal too! She is at Sulli’s house.” She said as she runs to the living room to calls her daughter as Jess, already decided. He grabs his phone and dial up the Taeyeon’s number quickly:

“Taeyeon?!”

“Oh, hi Jess, what’s up? How is you date you sly fox hahahha did you—“

“Tiffany was kidnapped!!!”

“WHAT?!” Taeyeon answer in also a worried and shocked tone, as he answers:

“That sick Wooyoung! I’m gonna hunt him down!!!” He said grating his teeth as he was listening Taeyeon talking to everyone in the back, in answers, the gang and Taeyeon bravely says in union:

“WE are coming!!!”

Already coming the nightfall, the Jess’s house turned into a HQ, with his friends, Krystal and his mom reunited in the living room. He explains the current situation, making everyone gasps with their mouth open, completely worried as he Yuri says nervously:

“My God! How could he do such a thing?!”

“THAT PHSYCO! IF HE TOUCH IN TIFFANY, I’M GONNA RIP HIS HEAD OFF!” Taeyeon says with her teeth grated and slamming the table. Seohyun, who was trying to holds her tears as she was really worried about her unnie, she rubs Taeyeon’s back saying in sad tone:

“We need pray for Tiffany-unnie safety, guys… God please protect her…”

“You right, Seohyunnie, but we also need to something about it…” Yoona declares as she was shaking her leg nervously and breathing heavily:

“Yeah, we can’t leave Fany-unnie alone! Count with me to crush that freak!” Sooyoung says as she gets up from the couch and punching her palm, and then suddenly Jess says in a serious tone while he was looking down and closing his fist forcefully:

“I appreciate your help, but if someone gonna crush that freaking Wooyoung … will be me!” Every one gasped at Jess’s serious words, he was really decided to confront Wooyoung as he adds:

“I’m not going to school tomorrow, I’ll solve this soon and rescue Tiffany!”

“Nuhuh! NO WAY! YOU WON’T LEAVE YOU ALONE IN THIS ONE!” Taeyeon quickly get up from her sit and face Jess, scolding him:

“TIFFANY IS IMPORTANT FOR ME TOO! You know, Wooyoung, Jess! Certainly, he did a trap! I know!”

“SO YOU WANT THAT I STAY HERE AND JUST WAIT FOR HIM HURT TIFFANY OR WORSE!?”

“YA! NO! THIS IS NOT WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT! BUT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOU TOO?!”

“Sooyeon?! Do you really are thinking go there by yourself?!” Suddenly Mrs. Jung enters in the discussion, parting them:

“Of course, mom! I don’t want risk anyone here! He wants to meet with me.” She puts her hand on his shoulder, easing his disturbed state as she look deeply in his eyes:

“Dear, do you think how dangerous this is can be?! I’m sorry but I can’t let you go then”

“Mom, please listen to me, I need do this or I never will forgive myself! I can’t leave her, mom, I can’t! Is unbearable stay here when the only thing that I can think is her! I love her so much and I really need do something! I can’t let him hurt her! Please, mom, I’m just asking this… trust me, I’ll come back with her in safety, I promise!”

He bowed his head in a petition, with tears falling in his cheeks. Everyone was touched at the scene, to see Jess so hurt and worried about Tiffany, he was able to do anything. Then suddenly a pair of warms arms enveloped him, he raise up his head to find his sister crying too and smiling at him:

“You better keep your promise, your dumb head!”

“Krys?” She hugs him tight as she retrieves herself, wiping his tears, she speaks:

“You must kick his really hard this time, unnie!” For the first time, Jess chuckles a little, then he and his sister look expectantly to their mom waiting for avail, so his mom understanding the message, she proceeds in hug him tight and kiss his forehead, with visible worry and fear in her eyes:

“This is hard for me, but… Please come back safety, dear, I trust in you… always”

“HEY! Don’t forget about us!”

“YEAH! COUNT US IN!” Yoona and Sooyoung declare as the gang gives at him a assuring smile, when he nodded his head and talk to him mom:

“Mom? Did Mr. Hwang already know about this?”

“Yes, I talked with him, dear, he is really worried and said that he’ll take the first flight from here, he must arrive here in some hours, and also I already talk with your father, he is on the way too.”

“Thank you, mom, please aid him when he come back”

Taking a deep breath, feeling relieved for their help, he already decided, he speaks like a true sergeant, yet his mom and his sister, like everyone was truly surprised by Jess’s behavior, he was truly responsible and talking almost like a true man:

“All right! Now, I want that you guys pay attention, understood?!”

“YES, SIR!” They answer in unanimous voice, already obeying their sergeant as Jess continues:

“So here is what we going to do…”

CHAPTER 18.5

Finally the day has come. The next day, everyone in the gang was prepared for the plan. They were going to school normally, except Jess, but they were trying avoid any kind of suspicion on their classmates or teachers, since if everyone were absent today, would be very strange… So they stay the whole day in the classroom, like always…

Time to go, they reunited on the schoolyard to talk about the last details… How the entire gang made their way to the yard suspiciously, someone realize that and decided to follow them, precisely, it was Gyuri. Then, she made her way and hides behind the wall and listen the whole conversation, yet she automatically gasped when she heard that Tiffany was kidnapped by Wooyoung, not holding herself, she walked into their direction, gaining shocked and surprised stares to everyone:

“If you guys want to save Tiffany, I suggest review your plans…”

“WHAT?!” They asked in a startled form, as she sighs and continues:

“Don’t get me wrong, the plan is good, actually… but Wooyoung really is an astute snake…”
