Hello everyone!

This is the first time I am writing a fanfic of any kind anywhere, although I would prefer to call this more of a short situational story that is based on a video of Tzuyu I stumbled on recently. Specifically, it is a short clip of Tzuyu at the 2016 Welcome to Seoul Week inauguration ceremony, one in which by sheer chance she looks over the direction of the photographer for a few seconds. I would highly encourage you to view the video ( link below ) and to study her eye and facial movements in order to understand the story.
