She asks, her eyes twinkling as she looks at him.

Yonghwa twirls the glass in his hold, glancing at her.

“7.”

He responds shortly and Shinhye sighs, leaning her back on the soft cushion on her back.

When Yonghwa place it there, she wasn’t sure.

This little things that he done makes him looks charming.

More charming as she sees him.

“Do you remember when we first met?”

He smiled and she too smiled.

Both went on reminiscing the moment they first met.

Both becomes close instantly, like a long lost friend, or an acquaintance that met after few years missing each other.

“They thought that I’m your boyfriend.”

Yonghwa said when he remembers about the photo she upload online and cause a ruckus.

He then leans his back so that it rested on the couch as well.

Shinhye laughs, nodding.

They always stuck together like gum and can’t be seen without each other, when there is Shinhye, there is Yonghwa.

“It’s fun back then right Yonghwa ya.”

“We have nothing to worry of.”

Nodding again, she smiles dreamily.

“Your first song.”

“Oh.”

He smiled when she prettily reminiscing the song that she swears she loves it with all her heart after she listens to it.

“It’s a big thing that you let me listen to your unreleased song. You sang it to me. Do you know how cool you are back then?”

“I know.”

He said, chuckling when she mocks him in joking manner.

“If only we could go back to that time.”

He added, now the glass is on the table, he stares on her who was hugging her knees.

“Yeah. We can just be our self.”

“We play around a lot.”

“And people teased that we are inseparable.”

“We build our own bubble.”

“Not minding what people said.”

“Always get called by staff.”

“Can’t stay still when stylist unni do our hair.”

“We end up styling each other hair.”

“I even do your makeup.”

She smiled and he too as he slightly closes his eyes, memories sweep him away.

She stares at him, swaying her body lightly.

“It really is a lot of fun.”

“I know right.”

She said, sighing as she saw the looks in his eyes.

“And then you becoming more conscious of people around.”

He said it, just as she expected when his gaze changes.

She chuckles instead, pushing her bang that almost hid her eyes.

“You join that show. I can’t be insensitive. It’s a virtual marriage.”

“Right. It is really chaos back then. Some people even get mad at me, saying how could I marry someone else but not you.”

“But leave that out, you guys are well known after that. I’m happy for you.”

“Yes. It did work out that way.”

“Heartstrings then happen. No lie, I think it suits us a lot.”

“You are being obvious about some things.”

“The MT one especially Shinhye ah?”

“Yes. Lucky I’m in love with my best friend. What is that if it’s not being obvious?”

“I even tell them to mention that I personally picked that song.”

Shinhye chuckles.

Yonghwa can be cute and thinks like a child sometime.

She loves him in any way though.

It’s his charm as well.

He just charm her anytime, everywhere.

Even when he pop up in her sweet dreams.

“We had more fun filming heartstrings.”

“I seriously am having fun. I always want to be at set.”

“So that you can see me?”

Yonghwa teased.

“It’s a fun filming with no burden. I can act myself because it’s you.”

“Right. You always are careful. Minhyuk mention it once when you guys are filming The Heirs.”

“You drop out.”

“I have to.”

“It will mark our third collaboration if it happen.”

“I can’t give them reason to make you uncomfortable.”

“About what?”

“You heard what rumour said?”

“The netizens?”

Yonghwa nods.

“They said that we are dating.”

Shinhye laughs, her cheeks redden.

“I love reading those. About how cool and loyal you are towards a friend.”

Yonghwa laughs.

“I’ve been thinking, what if you take the role?”

“We can spend more time together.”

She nods, her face sadden and so his.

Yonghwa took the glass again and drinks it all, making face as he swallows them.

She saw it and knocks his head.

“You aren’t fond of alcohol yet you suggest we have them.”

Yonghwa laughs.

“Kenchana. I can get up sober.”

Shinhye nods, and they look at each other again.

“Do you remember when I met with an accident Yonghwa ya?”

“How can I forget that? My heart almost stop beating.”

“You must feel burden. I cried a lot.”

“No silly. I’m glad that you cried when it was me visiting, not some other guy.”

Shinhye laughs.

“Still hold that title huh?”

Yonghwa laughs.

“I’m always the greedy one for you.”

“I’m greedy too. I wish that it is you when I got casted in Music & Lyrics(A/N:might not be accurate).”

“That expression when you mention my name is a hit.”

“You search for it?”

“I live in SNS world a lot baby.”

“Yes you do.”

Shinhye play along, chuckling.

“Hey, do you remember that you brought me bouquet as well.”

Yonghwa smiles, went back to when they are paired up as award presenter in Baeksang.

“Do you think I’m really mad at you during that time?”

“Yes. I will really cry if it’s not about the award. You suddenly act cold.”

“You know me and my big mouth. I’m afraid I’ll end up telling you due to excitement.”

Shinhye chuckles and remember how they are always exposed whenever Yonghwa is given a chance to talk.

“They make fun of my height on the second year.”

“Lee Hwi Jae ssi is tall. They can’t compare bolmae Jung to him.”

He grins, always liking it when Shinhye praised him.

“You too spill it. Talking about how I like it if you praised me.”

“It’s not that controversial.”

Shinhye shields and Yonghwa gives up.

“You win.”

“But Yong, is it necessary to talk about we met at airport?”

“Some people think I’m running away from you, trying not to be seen with you. It’s my way of protecting you.”

“And talking about how I sit with your mom?”

“So that they know how likeable you are and how much my mother loves you.”

“Your mother really take good care of me.”

“Of course. She knows you are another reason I’m happy.”

“I didn’t do much.”

“You believe me when others don’t. You are there during my ugly days.”

“Because I know you. They don’t. And you believe me too when others don’t.”

“Because I know you are just being friendly.”

“See, same. We both trust each other.”

“And trust is the most important thing in a relationship.”

She nods, agreeing and smiles a gentle smile.

Yonghwa gaze at her with loving eyes.

They had their up and down, they had time when they show cold shoulder towards each other.

They had time where they bicker about things that they don’t agree with.

But even after those hard and bad days, they go through all of it, hand in hand.

“I’m telling you again, you are my biggest inspiration to write songs.”

“I have that feeling when I hear Can’t Stop but I’m not going to say it with my own mouth.”

“And why not when you worth it? I told the kids too.”

He said, his toothy smile is gone but his pureness that melt her wall are still there.

Shinhye leans and pinched Yonghwa’s cheek.

“You should just keep them this way “

“And let you starve alone? No. I’m going to lose more weight after filming.”

“Wae?”

“Because I won’t be happy alone. You too must enjoy good food along with me.”

“How many years are we going to wait for that to happen? That we can travel together without lifting any burden on our shoulder?”.

She asked without really wanted an answer and Yonghwa walks to her, and both are hugging each other.

“I hope it’s not another long, painful 7 years again.”

He whispers and she chuckles.

“I blabber about age limit to get married.”

“But you somehow had turn it around again.”

“I’m not mentioning any number again.”

She promised while twisting her fingers.

He laughs at her cute antics.

“Good.”

He said, slightly pull away from the hugs, looking at her face who looks pure and pretty bare.

He cups her cheek and kisses her forehead.

She smiled and snuggles to his chest.

“Happy Anniversary to BolmaeJung.”

She said before was engulf in a bear hug from her favourite guy.

The night went on with them just cuddling around, swept of memories bring them back to each era that they spend together.

He chuckles, she giggle, he laughs, she grins.

No words are actually needed because they talks with their eyes; remember?

I’ll end it here.

Stay up late at night to make this one and I acknowledge about how short it was.

It’s all based on my imagination, what I sometime joke with my dooley friends in daily life so it’s not exactly happening in real life except for some incident that I took from article and their bts, interview, ext.

I love dooley too much and I really hope they will end up together.
