Happiness and new beginning.

Things went on the usual way it was. Going to work in the morning, spending the rest of the day dating with papers and numbers then going home after work. Hansol would even think if he was still breathing or not because he was almost like isolating himself from the crowd. He was too focused on his work that he no longer had time to socialize. Ten, who was the only person whom he could say was the closest to him, was trying to interact with him but Hansol, himself was the one pushing the younger away.

It was like he was creating a barrier between him and the society itself. It wasn't like this before. He admitted his life was boring, dull and a little bit lonely but after that night everything seemed to change.

Hansol suddenly felt worthless and broken. It was painful. He was betrayed and his love was wasted. The person whom he thought will be the one he need in his life was also the person who hurt him.

Leaning his back on his swivel chair, Hansol rested his head on the chair's head rest setting his eyes on the white ceiling. He hated everytime he would think back about it. He really wanted to forget and burry everything in the past but it wasn't that easy. He was so in love and was hurt too much. How he wished he was a laptop where he could just delete everything in his memory. He shut his eyes before he continued on his work.

"You've been working too much."

He looked up only to meet Ten's bright and contagious smile. He just smiled back at him before he continued on what he was doing.

"Someone was throwing a birthday party tonight at a certain bar, wanna come?" Ten asked. Excitement was laced on his voice.

"I'm busy, Ten."

"Oh come on! You always say that", Ten uttered and suddenly the younger turned serious. "Hyung, stop creating a wall." It made Hansol to look up at the younger. There was a hint of concern in his eyes. "You're just hurting yourself if you keep doing this. This is not healthy. You need to move on."

Hansol was stunned because Ten was right. The younger knew everything after he told him and he was thankful enough to have someone like Ten whom he could share a problem with.

"You've been like this since last week", he continued before Ten patted his shoulder. "Hyung, I'm worried for you."

Hansol really didn't want to go because he thought he will just be left out. But turns out it was just the three of them, him, Ten and Ten's boyfriend, Taeyong. He was surprised to know that it was actually Taeyong's birthday and the latter was treating them for a drink.

When they arrived at the bar, still Hansol couldn't help to feel left out- more like a third wheel to the couple. Luckily, someone arrived and it was Jaehyun, Taeyong's friend. Suddenly, the atmosphere gets gloomy as Hansol saw how Ten's facial expression changed. He didn't know why but he could feel something between the three. It was making him feel curious.

Jaehyun was a good guy and he found out he was 3 years younger than him. Actually, he was younger also than Ten and Taeyong and he looks so appealing as a grown-up man. He was nice to talk to and Hansol enjoyed his company though there were times that Ten seemed to get distracted every time Jaehyun was holding the conversation. When Ten asked Taeyong for a dance, that was the time Hansol got to know the story behind.

"He really hates me", Jaehyun uttered once the couple was out on the dancefloor. Hansol just looked at him while the younger was chugging a bottle of beer. "He still thinks I'm not over with Taeyong." A sad smile was curved on his lips.

"Uh what do you mean?" He couldn't help to ask. Jaehyun just glanced at him before glancing back at the dancefloor watching Ten and Taeyong getting intimate.

"Taeyong was my ex-boyfriend", he started. "He just told Ten about it a few days ago. Ten thought I was just a close friend to Taeyong but when Taeyong told him the truth he started to treat me coldly."

"I'm sure Ten will understand it soon. Maybe he just got surprised hearing about that", Hansol said before Jaehyun's phone recieved a message. He saw how Jaehyun frowned by reading at the message. He heard him sighing. "What's wrong?" He couldn't help to ask.

"It's my friend's younger brother asking me where his brother at", he said taking his phone back to his pocket. Jaehyun leaned his back on his chair while massaging his forehead. "I seriously don't know what to say to him. I can't just say to him that his brother was back at the jail again because he was caught by the authorities this time." Jaehyun took a deep sigh before he placed his arms back at the table. "I don't know what to do with this Japanese dude anymore."

Hansol was about to take a chug on his beer when he heard the word 'Japanese'. But he just shrugged the thought. There were millions of Japanese around the world.

"Your friend sure did something horrible, I think", he commented and Jaehyun glanced at him before throwing a smile.

"You wouldn't believe me how I met that guy", he said which only made Hansol to feel more curious. "I met him through a dating site. It was during those times where I'm experiencing heartaches from our break-up." Jaehyun could only chuckle as he was trying to reminisce his past. "He started to invite me for a meet-up and it was on our first night together when do the bonding." They both laughed at the term Jaehyun used. "He was a pretty guy, almost perfect I think." There were sparks on Jaehyun's eyes as he was telling these to Hansol. "I could say it was love at first sight or should I say, love at first . But it didn't last long. I realized as I was going out with him, I wasn't really in love. I felt sorry for him because I just used him to ease the pain in my heart."

Hansol would just shake the younger's shoulder because Jaehyun was starting to get emotional. He could say the younger was a soft hearted man.

"But even though it turned out like that we still became friends", he continued. "I get to know him more. He was really a good person and a brother. Even if he's a Japanese yet he was still there for a boy who isn't related to him. And you know what's funny? This Korean boy was treating him bad, calling him names and anything, yet he still loves him. Jaemin may be a bad kid but deep inside he loves Yuta so much too."

Hansol got choked as he was finishing his bottle of beer. His throat hurts so bad as the liquid felt like got stuck inside his lungs. Jaehyun was startled but immediately patted Hansol's back while asking for a glass of water from a waiter who passed by their table.

"Hansol-hyung, are you okay?" He asked while rubbing circles on Hansol's back. Hansol just nodded as he was coughing before taking a glass of water handed by one of the waiter. When he felt relieved, Jaehyun asked him again. "Hyung, are you okay?"

He didn't know what to say. All in his mind was a name which Jaehyun mentioned a while ago.

"D-Did you just mentioned a name?" He asked with his weak voice. "Y-You mentioned Yuta." The name almost came out like a whisper in his mouth.

"Oh yes. The Japanese friend I was talking about. His name is Yuta."

Hansol didn't know if it was just the effect of the beer but he suddenly felt his head spinning after hearing what Jaehyun had said. He just couldn't fathom everything he heard.

Hansol didn't know how his feet dragged him in someone's door steps. He was debating to himself if he should knock or not. He ended up staring at the door. He blamed himself for being so stubborn. He told himself that he should just get over it but he couldn't help it especially when he thought about Yuta in jail.

After that night where he met Jaehyun, he asked for Yuta's address. Jaehyun wondered and asked him but he just said nothing to the younger. At first, he was just staring at the piece of paper where Yuta's address was scribbled at but later on, he suddenly dragged himself in front of the Japanese's door steps. His heart was racing and his mind wasn't functioning well. He couldn't think of the right thing to do.

"Who are you?"

Hansol turned around and he was met by a boy who was wearing a yellow uniform. His hair was tousled by the cold night breeze and he was looking at Hansol with questionable eyes and furrowed brows. He thought this might be Jaemin, Yuta's brother. He was about to speak when the boy spoke again.

"If you're just one of the guys Yuta got hook with, sorry I can't pay you", he said as he walked pass by Hansol. "He's not here." He started to get his keys ready to unlock the door when Hansol spoke.

"I know where he is", he said causing for the boy to turn around and looked at him. "I know where your brother is."

"H-He's not my brother", he said toring his gaze away from Hansol. "I-I don't have a brother."

"If you don't see him as your brother then why do you keep on asking Jaehyun on where he is", Hansol said which made Jaemin to look at him. "Your name is Jaemin. You are Yuta's brother."

"I don't know you. You better go before I call the police", Jaemin hurriedly unlock the door and went inside. He was about to close the door when Hansol caught it preventing from shutting. He was holding it while Jaemin was trying to push it. "Get out of here! Before I call for help!"

"Please just listen to me", Hansol tried to explain while he was trying to hold the door. "I don't have any bad intention. I just wanted to help you. Trust me, I know where your brother is. I can help you."

The look on Jaemin's eyes were mixed with anxiousness and suspicious. Hansol could feel the boy was in fear. But later on, his eyes soften and slowly let go of the door.

"Why are you helping me?" He asked before meeting Hansol's gaze. "I don't know you at all. But you look familiar. Yuta..", he trailed off. "You look like the guy on the picture on his wallet."

Hansol was surprised on what he heard. Yuta has a picture of him in his wallet? But how? How did Yuta get a picture of him? He couldn't remember Yuta asking him for a picture.

The house wasn't that big and spacious unlike to Hansol's apartment. It was obviously enough for two persons to live in. There were two doors which Hansol assumed were the bedrooms. There was a small kitchen and he could see Jaemin from where he was sitting at preparing him for some coffee. He glanced around only to realize the house was quiet empty. There were no decorations like cabinets, television, picture frames and wall frames except on a small table in the center with an empty vase on top.

"I apologized. This is all I can serve to you", Jaemin said while placing a cup of hot coffee in the table before taking a seat across Hansol.

"Thank you", Hansol said before he took a sip on the hot beverage which tastes so sweet behind its strong aroma. "Tastes so sweet." He commented while stirring a spoon on the coffee. Jaemin was only looking at him with a straight face and Hansol thought maybe he got him offended. "I'm sorry-"

"Yuta likes his coffee to be that sweet", he started. "He likes it plain and sweet."

Hansol didn't know how to react. He wasn't really fond of coffee but tasting the coffee Jaemin made for him and hearing it was Yuta's favorite taste of coffee made him to feel fluttered. He serectly smiled.

"How do you know Jaehyun-hyung?" Jaemin began to ask.

"I happen to meet him last night at a bar", he casually answered and he saw a crook smile on Jaemin's lips.

"Did you know that Jaehyun-hyung was also one of Yuta's victims?" There was a playful smirk on Jaemin's lips but it was slowly fading as he leaned back on his chair. "I don't know if you already know this but Yuta... he fooled a lot of men with his charms and beauty." Jaemin looked at him and Hansol could see tears glistening on it. "He wasn't really my brother. My mother adopted him when he was just 15 and I was just 10 by that time. She told me that
