As Tao was laying down on his bed, which was shoved to the side of his cramped bedroom, studying a physics book he heard the door slam shut and hurried steps made their way to his room.

He sat up pushing his glasses back as a woman with shoulder length black hair cat eyes much like Tao’s as well as cat like lips opened the door then quickly shut it behind her.

“Hi mom! How was job hunting!” Exclaimed Tao

“I have good news Tao!” She replied

“Waah! Tell me!” He said

“I got us a job!” 

-Silence-

“Both of us? How come mom?”

“...And there comes the bad news. Taozi, I met this rich kind woman while i was job hunting and she offered me to work as her maid for 15 thousand dollars a month and that I can live with her in her huge house. That sounds good and all but she asked me about us and our situation and said that you could work for her sons and we will get paid even more! I know i should have asked you but i only had this chance” She explained

“s-so you mean i have to-”

“Yes Taozi you have to work for 11 boys but Tao you and I both need this badly. We can't live like this, we won't have food to feed off in a couple of days this way. Zitao please just trust me”

“Okay Umma, but i'm only doing this for you and your health but who are the ELEVEN DAMN boys. I'm sorry for cursing but its eleven boys i have to work for!”

“Umm i think the boys go to your school. Sehun, Kris, Chanyeol, Kai, Baekhyun, Xiumin, Kyungsoo, Suho, Lay, Chen and LuHan. I guess these are the names they go by in school”

Tao sat there, mouth agape, silently staring up at his mother.

“Tao what's wro-”

“I HAVE TO WORK AS A MAID FOR 11 BOYS WHO JUST HAPPEN TO BE IN MY SCHOOL WHO ALSO HAPPEN TO BE THE SCHOOL'S KINGKAS AND ARE PLAYBOYS AND KINDA ARE BULLIES...Mom w-what if they tell everyone at school or maybe even t-toy with me. Mom i'm scared now. They are the ones that bullied me” He shouted as he whimpered the last part.

His mom sat down on his rusty bed as she hugged her son rocking him slowly.

“You will do just great. I know my Taozi is very strong and will never let anyone take advantage of him. He can be cute and scared but strong and fierce when needed. They might have bullied you but you are strong enough to stop them. I believe in you” She said encouragingly kissing the top of his head.

He nodded his head, sounding a soft ‘neh’.

“When should i -actually- we pack our things?” He asked 

“Sadly today. We leave tomorrow morning and it's sunday tomorrow so they will probably be home or maybe by evening but we have to go to their mother's house first then only will you go to their house” She answered

“I'm going to be living far away from you umma?” He asked fearfully“No not really, i'll be just down the road!”

“Oh...o-oh okay. Can i tell Zhoumi gege? I tell him everything. You probably already told his mom seeing you guys are best friends” He asked a bit more cheerfully 

“It's okay and yes i did tell his mom. Anything for my Taozi baby. I'm gonna go pack, you go call Zhoumi and then pack. We need to wake up early.Oh! And I called your café and they said you can take these next 2 days off!” She replied

“Ah! Thanks Umma!” He exclaimed

His mom got up and gave him a kiss on the cheek before leaving the room to pack her little clothes. Yes, he is a momma’s boy.

He took the phone he spent ages on saving up for by working everyday and called his favourite gege.

Riiing riiing...Riiing riiing

“Hi Taozi baby!” Said the voice on the other line

“Hi Gege!”

“How are you?”

“I'm fine, how about you?”

“I'm alright. I haven't seen you in a while”

“Neh neh, I saw you just yesterday! But gege...I have something to tell you”

“What's wrong…?”

“M-my mom found a job but as a maid and so i have to be a maid too. Meaning we will change houses and while my mom works for a kind rich lady i have to work for her sons. We won't be living in the same house although she will be close.” Said Tao

“Isn't that great Taozi! You guys got jobs, get to live in big houses with rich people too and will get money too, right?”

“Yeah, b-but these boys are the kingkas in our school the ones who bully me sometimes b-because i'm a nerd. I have to live with them starting tomorrow”

“Oh my god! Taozi. I'm coming over okay, just hold on”

“O-okay”

With that he ended the call and silently went over to his small closet and took out his clothes and stuffed them into the small suitcase his mother placed in his room.

•Time skip•

Ding Dong Ding Dong

“TAOZI WHO IS AT THE DOOR?!”

“IT'S GEGE”

Tao walked down the tiny corridor that led to the door and opened it as he was engulfed into a tight hug by his best friend. He wrapped his arms around Zhoumi’s neck and placed his head on his shoulder as Zhoumi rubbed the small of his back. They stayed like that for a while.

“Let's go inside” He said softly

Tao let go and closed the door and they walked to his room.

“My mom is coming later. Your mom told her. They are best friends” Said Zhoumi chuckling

“I expected that. You came for me and so your mom would obviously come to mine. They have been bestfriends since young and so were we!” Responded Tao

“Okay so tell me everything” Said Zhoumi

•Time Skip•

“I'm so sorry Tao but i'll always be there for you. You know that right?” Asked Zhoumi rhetorically 

Tao nodded his head softly while in the olders warm embrace.

“Hey! Do you know where they live, maybe you are near to our house!” He asked

“Oh yeah! You guys ARE rich sooo” Said Tao sarcastically. Zhoumi laughed wholeheartedly.

“Why don't you come with me tomorrow! Then we will find out” Said Tao

“Yeah...yeah that seems like a good idea” Said Zhoumi

Ding Dong Ding Dong“That must be my mom. Should i go open the door--actually wait i can hear your mom running to the door. Best friends” Said Zhoumi ending with a chuckle making Tao laugh along with him.

Night came too soon and it was time to go to bed. Zhoumi was to sleep over with Tao while his mom went back home.

“Hey Tao. I have a question” Said Zhoumi after they finished changing into their pyjamas.

“Sure, what is it?” Inquired Tao

“Are you going to wear that to bed even at their house?” Asked Zhoumi

“Yeah…? Whats wrong. I've always worn this to bed” Said Tao looking down at his outfit which was simply a long shirt that went to a bit above his mid thighs with boxers ( *wiggles eyebrows* ) 

“Nothing but you know how they are. Actually you know what, you wear what you want and show them you don't care” Said Zhoumi

Zitao nodded his head and said “Yeah! I don't care. Come now let's go to bed”

He climbed into bed with Zhoumi, snuggling up close. “Goodnight Gege”

“Goodnight Taozi”

Tomorrow is going to be a long day
