Min Yoongi and Park Jimin are the top two archers in the Revolution against the Jeon Kingdom and it's allied state, the Kim Kingdom. Despite initial rivalry, the two managed to become the best of friends. In fact, Yoongi finds himself falling in love with his ex-rival. However, same-gender relationships are thought to be immoral in their society, so Yoongi stays silent.
One day, they are sent on separate undercover missions inside the Jeon Kingdom. Jimin's mission is to act as one of Crown Prince Jeon Jeongguk's menservants, and use the position to gather information about the prince. However, one thing leads to another and soon Jimin finds himself tangled in a web of relationships that unearths a myriad of complicated ties between several notable royals and revolutionaries that threaten the cause.
