Candles In Heaven

Set fire to the tears.


The tendrils of fire closed around their intertwined fingers. And yet, their tears were flowing over them. They felt no pain, they felt no grief. It was love. Love that was holding them together and keeping them joined even through death. Nothing would ever separate them again. Tears spilled out uncontrollably and she smiled at him. Her lips moved silently, mouthing words he needed to hear, mouthing the words imprinted in his heart.

Foreword

For Migumeki, aka Michelle. For introducing me to the world of AFF and the wonders that came with it.

Candles in Heaven has been the work of a few months, of painful editing, re-reading and re-writing. And in the end i can't even say it was all worth it. I just hope you will enjoy this oneshot which although somewhat abstract, has a meaning inside - always cherish those you love.

Perfectly written. I was never really fond of Kyuhyun-Younha pairing, but this story's just so beautiful it made me speechless. I could say no more. Very lovely indeed. :)
