Well, take me back down to memory lane with miss runaround sue, my ex girlfriend who let me stay at her apartment for a while. This happened once before with my father, I remember the time I went one my first road trip with him, living the life of no worries or so I thought. - Kang joon

author pov.

He was quite unsure of what to do when he first met her again, the one of his dreams, the girl he longed to have in his arms was a couple of feet away from him. He had missed her oh so much it was constantly, everyday he dreamed about her. He missed the old times, holding her hand ever so gently, the weekend barbecue, his daily mornings ( waking up to see her beautiful face ) greeting him.  All the poor fellow wanted to do was reunite with his dearly beloved from his long trip to the store. With a tip of the hat, Kangjoon gave a light knock at his dearly beloved's door, with a hopeful heart in his hands,  knowing this may be the last good bye before he would go off out of the city in search of what is his purpose in this world. No reply, not even a small yell came through making him nervous about the rumors spreading around the apartment. People assured the young male exclaiming it wasn't his girlfriend, but the poor fellow felt confident it surely was her, he spotted her peeking out in the hole of the door checking who was bothering her at this hour. He saw her lie, he was sure she saw him waiting for her to answer the door with narrow eyes. Taking out his phone, leaning against the door he heard her phone ring inside the apartment raising an eyebrow amused. The voice mail stated she was not at home, that was a clear lie.

The male knew where his girlfriend has been, he saw her with his own eyes walk hand in hand with another man into their apartment. By now all he wanted to do was just call it quits, feeling a pang in his heart he couldn't help but shake away his thoughts and feelings for his soon to be ex girlfriend. Being frustrated by this unamusing situation he wrote a small note while sticking it to the door walking away as if nothing happened. His thoughts where on his soon to be ex girlfriend, giving her a new nickname miss runaround sue having fun with every guy in the apartment. The male thought cursing to himself for being an idiot, falling in love with someone who doesn't even deserve his attention never. By now he was in his car still cursing, sounding like a mad man to people who gave him weird looks, keys stuck in the ignition, but not fully.

Seo kang joon needed to make a phone call before he would drive off and out of the underground parking lot of the apartment complex he lived in. Pressing the call button on his iphone of the contact he wanted to reach, he put the phone up to his ear, holding it down by hunching his shoulder up as his hands occupied to fasten his seat belt. The deep, rich and familiar voice of the person on the other line suddenly came through, The young male only speaking after adjusting his posture. He held the phone with his hand again, relaxing his shoulder. "You still got an available room bro? I'm heading to your place now  " He suggested randomly, not even greeting who he was talking to. "I'll pick you up from work, 'kay? See you in about ten minutes " He confidently said, adding in a small chuckle before ending the phone call abrupt. Knowing that the particular person whom he had just called wouldn't say no to his sudden outing, Kangjoon then threw his phone onto the seat next to him and revved his car to life—turning the keys in the ignition.

It being late evening now, traffic was minimal and Kang joon got to his destination within his estimated time of arrival that he mentioned in the phone call earlier. Driving into the pathway that lead right up to the front of the luxurious hotel his friend owns, He then put his car to a stop and grabbed his phone. Opening his text messages, he sent his companion for the night; Jackson, a short text that he had arrived. While waiting for the particular hotshot, Kang Joon took the time to check himself out in the rear-view mirror of the car, to make sure that he looked presentable although he did have his hair messy. Hearing a small knock on his car window, he couldn't help but smile at the younger male as he got out of the car. " Hey man long time no see I missed you " His friend, Jackson stated while pulling the older male into a man hug as he would call it. " I was worried you didn't even say hello- cutting me off like that next time I'll not answer you " Kangjoon laughed at how serious the younger male looked at him while pulling away of the small hug to see his face.

Jackson still had his serious expression plastered on his face, crossing his arm slightly narrowing his eyes at Seokang joon.  In odd ways, the younger male; Jackson had a point, kangjoon didn't say hi to him but that was only  due to just wanting someone to comfort him. "Let's go get some drinks inside at the bar I need one tonight" He spoke to Jackson sincerely with a hint of sadness in his eyes, which Jackson quickly noticed before pulling the older male into the hotel. After a few more attempts of cheering the male sitting next to him, Jackson successfully drifted in a peaceful deep conversation with his friend drunk --- well at least that is what he knew earlier as he began to take the soup out of the man; It started with a round of shots, he doesn't know whether if it was a tequila shot but, he could feel his friend slowly but surely spill the beans. What has happening to his odd goofball? Jackson asked himself perplexed by the drunken man's habits.  "Hng..." a small whimper made its escape through the drunken man lips as the expression on his face completely changed turning into a sleepy one from a relaxed expression as he tried to drink another shot, spilling half of his drink on the floor.

Jackson made a vow on this day to never conduct a investigation on his friend's foul mood being drunk was no help. Approaching the fin to the drunken night, Jackson called the security guard in discrete asking a tiny favor of helping him carry his drunken friend to his new suite. With a arm across his broad shoulders, Jackson helped carry the now 'dead' person who mumbled curse words while walking as well. Placing the male on the soft, comfortable mattress of the bed, felt quite a relief for Jackson catching his breathe. Returning to his suite Jackson fell asleep peacefully, slowly tossing and turning from time to time finding a comfortable spot.  By the early sunrise of the next day, Kangjoon was gone with the wind forgetting to leave a small heartfelt message to the boy who helped him yesterday, Jackson.
