Today mark the date of the Halloween Party and hours before the door, the student council president walk towards the hall to check how the set up. Since the task was assigned to Bang Yongguk and Lee Nari, he only received the progress and planning but have not check on the final result. He felt he wanted to get surprise result from them. Although the both are opposite polarity, he took the risk of getting them to work together. He also prepare the backup plan just in case.

When he arrived the corner, he notice the lights at the corridor were off and windows covered with creepy curtains, making the whole stretch dark. To set the mood, only batteries operated candles’ and jack o lanterns well place, luminous the area. Some of the walls are occupied with full standing skeleton (the professor will freak out to find one of the skeleton went missing.) which hidden behind thin translucent shower curtain.

As he is walking towards the door, one of the painting suddenly scream in high pitch with horrific face. The president shriek and fall onto his , in shock. The painting then turn back to “normal” state. When he stand up, spiders dropping from the ceiling with LED eyes blinking. Again he shriek and swap the spiders away.

President: Gosh! This kids really going to give me chest pain soon.

At the entrance doors smears with bloody hand prints with fake blood written “Enter if you dare” warning. As he push the door, he was greet by standing mummies holding eerie craving pumpkin with LED light inside and fake spider webs sprayed all over. The smoke machine have done its job, the hall floor covered with fog. Banners of bat, witch and black cat silhouettes hanging all over the hall. Air blown inflatables projection phantasm ghost filled with bright LED lights near the stages. Creepy curtains drape areas that need to be hidden and room which contains extra plastic forks, napkins and cups, spare bag of chips, stockpile paper towels

Table cloth are splatter in red and big red chocolate fondue fountain display in the middle of the table as the focal point of the room. Candied apples, Halloween Jell-O shots, pumpkin cupcakes, cobweb brownies, ghost pizza bagels and more, are set side by side with each other. The bar stand, turn into mad scientist lab complete with test tubes, glow in the dark beakers and other edible concoctions.

The music club doing sound check and play some fun Halloween songs to set up the mood and sound effect for the ice breakers games such as Halloween Charades, Pictionary, horror movie 20 questions, movie trivia, truth or dare, who am I, etc.

So far so good, president is impress with all the setting, up to the details. An applause to the teamwork display shown by them. Now he needs to hurry back and dress up to the theme of the party. He surely don’t want to miss out all the fun.

In front of table makeup mirror, my hand busily glued the eyebrow over and flatten them down with metal spoon. Then let the glue dried up before cover it with concealer and paint over with white pain. The aim is to get ghostly white face as possible. Using the contour pallet pick the darkest shade and start shading under the cheek bones, temples and socket of the eyes to give that sunken effect. The whole eyelid will be applying greyish grey and start buffer from the lid all the way over the hollow of the crease. With the same colour and apply at the corner of the lips.

To make more dramatic, use thin brush and mix two colour blue. And green and draw uneven lines around mouth, eyes and temple to create the vein. Don’t forget to shade under the focal line to give the pop up effect. With clean hands, apply white contact lens which I manage to purchase online. The first time wear it, feeling sting as I not use to wearing contacts and constantly blinking my eyes. Self-reminder to bring eye drops later.

Make up done, now time to dress up in kyokatabira, white kimono, and style in messy hair bun. The bottom rim of the kimono, I paint it in pale brown and mix with little black and smug it to give that 'dirt' effect. As if I have crawled out from the grave. The plastic nails trim unevenly to give that effect of bloody and messy due to digging the earth soil. But I still need to wear the clog.... I can’t be walking around barefooted!

Akane’s Kumiho costume were marvellous with nine tails flow nice on the back and the fox’s ears. She look hot and sassy with the hair do and makeup. I must say I really envy with my dongseng. The Royz and B.A.P have gone ahead for the performances but Yongguk have promise to meet up after the performance. He must felt guilty of letting me handle the whole event alone.
