She was twelve when her parents brought her to cottage country. When the van pulled up to the place she would spend the two months of summer vacation, she was impressed with the clear skies and the non-existent sound of the city. Her parents, lucky enough, had the summers off. She didn't know why but it didn't matter to her. Not being with her friends during these months would be hard but nothing could compare to the scenery she saw on the drive up.

The place wasn't big but it wasn't small. Enough room for her parents and herself. 

"Come on, honey." her mother called for her attention. "Let's go see what this place looks like."

The girl followed her mother into the house and walked along the brightly lit hallways. It was filled with the natual light from the summer day. As her father unpacked the car full of suitcases and some groceries, the girl left and exited the house through the backyard where it overlooked the white sanded beach. She stepped off the balcony and was welcomed instantly with the feeling of the hot sand between her toes.

The sound of waves crashing against the shore was one of the favourite things about this place so far. But another sound filled her senses, she followed the sound and saw 6 kids, possibly around her age, playing volleyball down the beach a little ways.

They all looked like they were having fun. Hopefully, she thought, she could become friends with them to make this summer even better than she hoped it would be.

With her name having the meaning of clear water, she was made to spend every waking moment on the beach.

The adventrous boy with the tanned skin who was willing to make every summer one to remember.

Jongin's cousin who is not afraid to follow in her cousin's adventrous tracks.

Being a year older than the first three makes her think she is more mature and can control everybody's actions.

The boy next door who loves to read while watching everybody live their summer to the fullest.

Has the smart sense to know when to say no to what Jongin suggest they do for fun.
