The First Meeting

Suho couldn’t help but screamed at the girl who just bumped into him and caused him to spill his macchiato on himself.

SHO: WTF! Are you blind? How can you be clumsy like that? You are totally …(He raised his voice at the being in front of him as he wipes the spilage.)

He stopped talking when he realized that he knew the girl that is right in front of him. Well he knows that she is in the popular group TWICE but he don’t remember her name. She has tears in her eyes. She could only afford to bow and apologize. He felt bad for screaming at her. She is a rookie after all. She must be really afraid. Unfortunately he was in a horrible mood that day and don’t see the need to be nice to everyone. He just walked away not accepting her apology. Sana the queen of optimism couldn’t help but cried as she doesn’t understand the gravity of her mistake. She knew he is her sunbae but she don’t think she deserves to be treated like that.

The Second Meeting

SN: Ya Chaeng, wait for me! (Sana screamed at her maknae.)

CY: I will if you promise to buy me something!

SN: You come back here first before….

SHO: Ouch….. (He yelped when he felt someone stepped on his foot.)

Chaeyoung quickly came back to Sana’s side and bow at Suho and Xiumin who just came out from the toilet. The girls immediately apologized and begged for forgiveness, like literally begging. Suho scoffed at the girls.

SHO: You are an idol for goodness sake, what more a female idol. Shouldn’t you know how to behave at a broadcast station? (He smirked before walking away leaving Xiumin to face the two girls.)

While Chaeyoung has a worried face, Sana pool of tears glistened. She held every strength she has not to cry in front of a stranger. The girl’s faces were flushed and Xiumin can sense that Sana is going to cry.

XM: Please don’t mind him. He has been in a bad mood lately. He doesn’t mean what he said.

CY: Neh…

XM: Sana sshi… Sana sshi… (Xiumin calls out to the girls who look like she will burst into tears anytime soon.)

SN: Neh sunbae…

XM: I apologized on behalf of my member…

SN: Gwencana sunbae, we were at fault.

Xiumin bowed a little before he left. He needs to leave Sana with the last bit of dignity that she is holding on too. He knows that she will cry soon so he has to leavebefore she does. Back at the waiting room, Xiumin was staring at Suho wondering what is going on with .

KAI: What is wrong with him?

XM: I have absolutely no idea. I can’t believe he made Sana sshi cried.

DO: Sana from TWICE?

XM: Yup… she accidentally bumped into him and got scolded terribly by him.

SH: Poor Sana….

The Third Meeting

The flight to NYC will be delayed by 2 hours. So the KPOP groups that’s due to fly out had to spend their time in the airport. Everyone is scattered everywhere in the transit area. Mina, Sana, Nayeon and Chaeyoung decided to head to the café at the corner to get their dose of coffee. As they were about to enter the café, Sana spotted Suho and Sehun seated near the café’s entrance. She stopped in her tracks.

SN: I think I want to check the perfumes at the cosmetic counter. Help me get green tea latte. Find me at the lotte duty free shop Arrasso!

The girls nodded. Even though Suho was wearing his sunglass, he could see what Sana did. He felt a little guilty for making her feel that way. He ignored the guilty feeling and looked away. When announcement was made that the plane was ready for boarding, Sana and Mina scrambled in the bookshop. Mina already got the book that she wanted to buy but Sana was still searching for something she would want to read. Finally she spotted a book she wanted but it was placed a little too high beyond her reach. She wanted to call for a staff to help but the staffs were busy. Sana decided to get the book herself. She jumped a couple of time to take the book down. She succeeded a little. Suho who happened to be at the aisle was amused looking at the girl. He approached her. Before he could say anything, the book dropped right on top of his head. Sana gasped when she saw the incident.

SHO: You again! Why are you so clumsy? You are an idol for goodness sake! (He scolded her unintentionally.)

Sana’s reaction was immediate. Tears rolled down her cheeks as she apologizes a couple of times before leaving him there. That was the first time he realized that he made a girl cry. He knows that he is a ‘little’ short tempered but he thinks that he is not that bad. However when he saw her tears, he felt guilty. He picked the book from the floor. He wanted to go to the counter and pass the book to the girls but realized they already were gone.

SH: Hyung, palli! We can board the plane already.

Suho decided to just purchase the book together with the book he plans to read. Once he boards the plane, he realized that Sana was just a few seats away to his left. She got the window seat and Mina was just beside her. He could sense that Sana avoided looking up at all times. It’s going to be an 18 hour flight. He hopes it would be an interesting one. Suho was wondering when he should give her the book.

After everyone finished their meal, he waited for Mina to go the toilet. When she eventually did, he carefully walks along the aisle pretending to look for s. As he walked pass her, he placed the book on the table that has not been stowed away.

Sana was startled with his actions. She wasn’t expecting that from him. She was too afraid to accept anything. When she noticed he wasn’t at his seat, she placed the book back at his seat. Just as she was about to turn and return to her seat, she heard him.

SHO: I bought it for you. (He said calmly.)

SN: Ahh, you don’t have to do that. Its okay, you can give that as a gift to someone. I don’t think I should be taking anything from you. (She bows to Suho.)

SHO: I said I bought it for you. (He said sternly as he put the books on the hand causing Sana to temporarily be speechless.)

Sana placed the book back on the table that wasn’t stowed away. Yet again, Sana managed to knock the glass of plain water that spilled on Suho’s shoes. Although the cup was only a third full, it was enough to wet his sneakers. Sana couldn’t believe what just happened. Suho is literally boiling with anger but his anger subsided when he saw her glistening eyes as she looks at him. She was about to cry and Suho doesn’t know how to handle a crying lady. He just told her to get back to her seat.

Sana looked out the window hoping to calm her down. Sana being Sana, she ended up in tears. She wiped her tears away and when Mina came back to the seat, Sana just looked at her with puffy eyes. Mina immediately knew something happened. She turned and saw Suho staring at Sana. Mina looked away because Suho looks very scary.

MN: Unnie ah, I think you should take a nap. Don’t cry anymore.

Mina tried to calm her down and she covers Sana with the blanket. Mina adjusted Sana’s seat and let it recline further. She grabbed Sana’s travelling pillow and passed it to her.

MN: I’ll be here. Don’t worry. (Mina tries to calm her down by rubbing Sana’s back.)

Sana eventually falls asleep. 2 hours later, Sana woke up from her nap and realized that the cabin’s light has been turned off. Only a few dim lights were switched on. Most people in the business class were asleep. She crawled out from her seat and headed to the toilet. It was occupied and she has to wait outside. She gasped and bowed when she realized Suho just stepped out from the toilet. She quickly enters and locks it. She feels like she is about to burst into tears again and she did. She doesn’t know why Suho scares the out of her. She is a clumsy girl but being around him makes her even clumsier. She quickly washes her face before her eyes turn puffy. Once she wiped her face, she decided to step out.

Sana stepped out of the toilet only to be greeted by Suho who was standing there with the book in his hand. She wanted to walk away but Suho grabbed her wrist.

SHO: You cried.

SN: Ani. (Sana lied.)

SHO: You are not a good liar. (He whispered softly making the girl tremble.)

Suho could feel the tremble in his grip. He saw Sana looking away. He knew she was going to cry. She tried to wriggle her wrist out from his grip but Suho was too strong. Sana pouts trying to stop herself from crying.

SHO: Mianhe, I have hurt your feelings on several occasions that we bumped into one another. (He apologized to her.)

Sana’s tears immediately trickled down her face. She bit her lips as she held in her sobs. Suho felt guilty and pulled her into a hug. Sana was frozen.

SHO: Mianhe… I’m sorry for making you cry. (He rubs her back softly.)

Sana begins to gain more senses and pulled away from him gently. She bows to him and get back to her seat. She took her blanket and covered her whole body. She doesn’t want to look at him at all. Suho stood rooted not knowing what to do.

XM: Hyung, why did you hug her? (He asked and causes the leader to jerk up in surprise.)

SHO: Ani, Its nothing.

XM: Just write a note in the book and put it on her in her bag. She carries a tote with no zip. You could just drop it in.

SHO: Ah… Neh

Suho did exactly what Xiumin suggested before going back to his seat to take another nap. About 3 hours later, everyone is awake. The last meal before landing was about to be served. Sana barely had any appetite.

MN: Gwencana unnie? You barely touched your food. (The younger girl questioned her unnie.)

SN: Ani, I ‘m not feeling too good. (Her response got an immediate reaction from Mina who placed the back of her hand on Sana’s forehead.)

MN: I think you are running a temperature.

SN: It’s okay. I’ll be fine once we get proper sleep.

MN: Wait…

Mina went over to her manager’s seat which happened to be in front of Suho.

MN: Oppa, Sana unnie is running a fever. Do you have a thermometer and some medicine?

TWM: Fever? Oh dear.

Suho who overheard the conversation felt a little worried. She turned and observes Sana who only ate a bite from the bun and did not touch the rest of the food. She was also staring out of the window. Mina and her manager quickly took her temperature and true enough, she was having a fever.

TWM: Sana, before you could take the medication, you need to at least eat something first.

SN: Arrasso oppa, I will finish my bun and err the carrots.

TWM: We have about 3 hours left. You should quickly eat the pills and sleep a bit more. Arrasso!

Sana nodded. As she tried to finish her food, her eyes lingered around and accidentally met Suho’s. She immediately looked away.

SH: Hyung, are you regretting your actions?

SHO: What are you talking about?

SH: Your focus has only been on Sana sshi since we boarded the plane. You felt guilty for scolding her right?

Suho ignored the maknae but he knew the maknae meant well and was saying the truth.

The flight to NYC landed safely. After collecting their bags from immigration, they were led outside and 3 huge buses were waiting for them. TWICE and EXO has the opportunity to travel in the same bus. While the managers were busy keeping the luggage in the bus compartment, the artist was ushered to board the bus. Suho was observing Sana who was now clinging onto Dahyun. Sana was literally back hugging Dahyun as she rests her head on her shoulder. Suho finds her adorable. He knew she has seen the book in her bag but he wondered if he saw the note on the first page.

They arrived at the hotel an hour later and were given a short briefing before they could proceed to their own room. They were informed that their rooms face the river as it would be more convenient to avoid having fans stalking them outside of their room.  Once the briefing ended, everyone grabbed their personal suitcase and headed to the room. Sana and Dahyun had to share a room. Sad news for Sana, Suho’s and Xiumin’s room was just two doors away.

Winter was approaching an end but the weather is still so cold. Sana stepped out with just a bathrobe over her pyjamas and breathes in the cold air. She was just waiting for her eyes to tire out before going to sleep. She rubs her hands together as the wind gets chillier.

SHO: You should be sleeping! (He breaks the silence.)

SN: Ya kamchiagia…. (Sana freaked out a little as she heard his voice. She nodded and quickly got in her room.)

Suho was a little frustrated that she didn’t say anything to him. He decided to brave himself and call her room. Sana picked up the phone and answer in her cheerful tone.

SN: Anyeong….. (She greeted the caller.)

SHO: You went in the room without saying anything to me. (He whines.)

SN: Neh… Mianhe sunbae. (That was all she managed to say.)

SHO: Did you saw the book in your bag?

SN: I did.

SHO: Did you read the note?

SN: Note? There is a note?

SHO: I wrote something to you.

SN: Hold on, let me grab the book.

SHO: Gwencana, you can do it later.

SN: Arrasso…..

There was a moment of awkward silence.

SHO: How was your fever?

SN: How did you know?

SHO: I know things.

SN: My temperature went down a little. Thank you for asking.

SHO: You know you shouldn’t be out at the balcony in this cold weather.

SN: Oh… okay. (She wondered why he was so concerned.)

SHO: How many songs will you be performing for KCON?

SN: Just 4.

SHO: Like Ooh Ah, Cheer Up and what else? (He asked gently making Sana feel a little confuse.)

SN: Woo Hoo and Like a fool.

SHO: We’ll be performing 5 songs. Call me baby; Love me right, Growl, Lucky one and Monster. Which is your favourite EXO song?

Sana wondered why he was telling her all those information.

SN: Ahh, that would be Love me right. (She answered shyly.)

SHO: Are you coming down for breakfast tomorrow?

SN: I hope I can wake up on time. (She giggles causing Suho to break into a huge smile.)

SHO: What time is your wakeup call?

SN: It should be 7.30am. We have about an hour for breakfast before we have to go for make-up. We have meet and greet before we head to the venue for rehearsals. (Sana feeds him some details before yawning softly.

SHO: Ahh, hope to see you at breakfast. You sound tired. You should go to sleep already. (He said kindly.)

SN: Neh sunbae…. Have a sweet dream.

SHO: You too, have a good rest Arrasso!

SN: Neh sunbae…

SHO: Dress warmly tomorrow. It’s going to be cold, I heard.

SN: Neh, you too sunbae.

For some reason the wish goes back and forth and the both of them seem not eager to put down the phone.

SHO: You go to sleep now.

SN: Arrasso sunbae, I’m going to hang up now.

SHO: Mm.

When Sana puts down the phone, she quickly went to her bag and grabbed the book. She smiles as she reads the note from Suho.

Dear Sana,

I know I have not been kind to you on the past few occasions that we met. I was tactless and rude. I made you cry and scolded you without being considerate to your feelings. For all of that, I sincerely apologized. I can see that you don’t want to look at me much more speak to me anymore. I honestly felt sad that you avoided me too. (Don’t say you didn’t because I know you did.)

I am a short tempered person. I am fussy and stubborn too. I am not perfect. I have my flaws. But I was wondering if you would like to befriend this guy with a lot of flaws. If you do, please sent me a message via WhatsApp at this number. Once again, I am sorry for making you cry.

Sana smiled as she read the note. It was short, simple and honest. Or at least that is how she felt. She wanted to text him but thought that tomorrow morning would be better. She closes the book and finally drifted to la la land.

When morning came, Sana had to literally dragged Dahyun to the toilet. It’s not easy to wake her up. Dahyun mumbled incoherently. Once Sana put on her clothes, she decided to text him. She wondered if he is already awake.

‘Good morning sunbaenim. I read the note on the book. I appreciate it and accept your apology.’

Suho was tying his shoe lace when his phone beeped. He smiles as he read her message. He quickly saves her number.

‘Good morning to you too. Are you on your way to breakfast?’

‘Not yet, Dahyun is still in her shower. Have you eaten?’

‘Not yet but I’m on my way out. :('

Sana wondered why the message was accompanied with a sad emoticon.

‘You’re sad?’

Suho felt butterflies in his stomach. For her to ask, it meant that she cared enough about his feelings.

‘A little thought I could see you during breakfast.’

‘Oh… never mind, we could bump into each other during rehearsal later.’

‘Neh…Don’t forget to dress warmly.’

Sana smiled at the reminder. She replied him with an okay emoticon.

Oh Hello

Suho seemed to be in a good mood during rehearsals. s noticed that he smiles occasionally and give them a couple of break time.

XM: He must have talked to her.

SH: You think so?

XM: I guessed, I fell asleep first but my subconscious mind tells me he was on the phone.

KAI: I would love to see him continue being this nice.

The boys also noticed that he kept looking at his phone. The arena has Wi-Fi but he knows that Sana probably have not reached yet because once they reach, he pretty sure like all the other idols, they would ask for Wi-Fi.

Once their rehearsal and mike check was over, they had to wait a while before everyone gathered for the ending. Gfriend already rehearsed. So did a few other groups.

Suddenly, Suho’s phone received an incoming message causing the jaws of s to drop because number 1, his phone is always on silent mode especially during rehearsal or practice. Number 2, he rarely text people during rehearsal. Last not the least, he rarely smiles when he uses his phone. The rest of s speculate that he must have met someone.

‘Mianhe, I just saw your text sunbaenim. I just got Wi-Fi.’

‘It’s okay. How was the meet and greet?’

‘Fun! I was glad that I could meet my fans here.’

‘Where are you? We are heading to the stage for rehearsal.’

‘We are here as well, watching the rest.’

‘See you later sunbaenim.’

‘Just call me Jumyeon or oppa.’

‘Neh oppa’

Suho smiles as he wiped his sweat. He was feeling a little happy to see a blushing emoticon accompanying her message. He looks up once he heard TWICE greeting the stage crew and director. His eyes search for her. He was glad to see her. She looks sweet with boyfriend shirt and skinny jeans. TWICE were busy listening to instructions and preparing for their stages.  Suho blushes a little when she did the ‘shy shy shy’ movement.

When TWICE sang ‘Like a fool’, they were seated on high chairs. Sana can now search for the one person she was looking forward to see.  Sana’s wondering eyes finally met Suho’s eyes. She smiles sweetly at him. He smiles back at her. They were looking at each other from a far and flirting with their eyes. The EXO members who were observing their leader was trying to figure out who he was smiling too. All TWICE members were smiling. So they were a little confused.

The song finally ended and to round off their performance, they will end the song with Ooh Ahh. When Sana about to get down from the high chair, she almost felt forward but thankfully Dahyun was able to get a hold of her. When that happened, Suho immediately stand up looking worriedly at her. That was when the EXO’S boys turn to each other and claimed – “Its Sana sshi!”

Now the entire artists are at the stage because they are rehearsing for the finale. Suho was looking around and noticed that TWICE were at the other end of the stage. When the stage manager gave the final cut, everyone clapped.  They started to get down from the stage slowly. Suho walked forwards until he was beside Sana. There were too many eyes. He didn’t know how he should approach her. He softly brushes his hands against her, and she turned to see who it was. She smiles when she sees him. He smiles when he sees her. He squinted both eyes showing a little Aegyo to Sana and the boys were bewildered to see him act cutely in front of a girl. Sana laughed out a little causing her group to turn and look at her.

When the managers left their waiting room, Jihyo quickly gathered the girls.

JHO: Sana unnie, spill it!

Sana took out her book and opened the first page. The girls gasped.

TZY: So did you?

SN: Did what?

CY: Text him?

Sana smiled and nodded. The girls squeal. Sana was observing Jihyo to understand her reaction. She is after all the leader.

JHO: You like him?

SN: Huh…

JHO: Do you like Suho sunbaenim?

SN: Molla…. Molla….. We are just friends. (She tried denying.)

JHO: You know I won’t be angry if you date him right. All I want is that you be very careful.

SN: I never said I am dating him.

JHO: Maybe not now,

NY: Matters of the heart is hard to tell. We support you Sana ah….

SN: Arrasso… she blushes.

The bus ride back to the hotel was very quiet. Sana was laying her shoulder beside Dahyun who was already asleep. Suho sat a couple of seats away. He wanted to approach her but was too shy. He wanted to text her but there is no Wi-Fi. Back at the hotel, while the managers speak to the concert representatives, the artist head back to their room. Sana, Dahyun, Mina and Chaeyoung manage to squeeze in the lift with Suho, Xiumin, Sehun and Baekhyun. Sana had to move right at the back and so did Suho. They hands once again brushed against each other. They looked away shyly.

BY: Hyung, you smile is so wide today? Isn’t it Sana sshi?

SN: Huh… me?

BY: Yes, I’m talking to you Sana sshi.

SN: Neh…

The girls withheld their giggles.

BY: It’s not often that he smiles. He is often frowning. (Baek teased his leader earning a glare from him.)

SH: Sana sshi, don’t you think hyung looks handsome like that guy who acts in Captain America.

Chaeyoung started to laugh. Sana saw Suho pouts at the corner of her eyes.

SN: Ani… I think Jumyeon oppa looks more handsome.

BY: Heol! Jumyeon Oppa! She calls him Jumyeon Oppa.

SN: Ahh Mianhe… I meant Suho sunbaenim. (Sana panics.)

SH: Heol, somebody calls him oppa, no wonder he looks happy.

When the elevator doors open, Sana quickly run to her room and closed the door. Suho smacked Baekhyun head before entering his room. He was however glad that she thinks he is good looking. He quickly texted her.

‘Mianhe. See what I have to deal with every day.’

‘It’s not their fault oppa. They wouldn’t tease if I did not call you informally. Besides, you members seem nice.’

‘I noticed that you looked a little tired.’

‘I am. I think I’m going to take a nap for a while. Dinner is at 8pm right?’

‘Yup… Okay go take a rest. I will call you later.’

Sana replied with a smiling emoticon. She wondered why he was being nice to her. She wonders a lot but she is actually enjoying the attention that he gives her. Her eyes finally shut as she took a rest.

~RRrRriiiiNnNngGgGg~

Sana looked over at Dahyun’s bed. Dahyun was already in deep sleep. Sana reached for the phone expecting it to be one of the girls or her manager instead she heard his voice.

SN: I’m awake… (She answered in her just-awake voice which actually sounded y to Suho.)

SHO: It’s me sleepyhead. (He teases her.)

SN: Oh, oppa! Anyeong….

SHO: It’s already 7.3o, are you coming down for dinner soon?

SN: Should be, I have to wake Dahyun up first.

SHO: Arrasso, see you soon.

SN: Neh oppa….

Sana sat up on her bed smiling to herself. She couldn’t believe that he called to wake her up. She smiles to herself before attempting to wake Dahyun up.

Suho’s was looking around the restaurant. He was wondering when the girls will come down. Other groups are already finishing their dinner. Then he saw TWICE entering the restaurant. He smiles while waiting for her eyes to meet his but his smile turned to a frown when he saw BTS approaching the girls. He saw Jung kook talking to her. Suho cannot deny it but he doesn’t like to see other guys talking to Sana.

His mood totally changes. Xiumin who noticed Suho’s frown noticed the situation and immediately tried to appease him.

XM: They are friends, I think.

SHO: Whatever.

XM: OMG! Suho ah, you like her don’t you?

SHO: I never said that. (He denied flat out.)

KAI: I think you are jealous hyung!

SHO: No, I am not. (He raised his voice a little before storming out of the restaurant.

Sana was a little shock to see him walk out. She though he initially wanted to meet her.

‘Gwencana?’

‘Yes.’

‘You looked angry just now.’

‘Tired. I’m going to sleep.’

Sana was taken aback by his cold response. She assumes it was probably because he is not in the best of mood. When Sana woke up the next day, she didn’t receive any messages from him. She tried her luck again.

‘Good morning oppa!’

She was glad to see the blue tick but realized that he won’t be replying. Sana is a little confused. What is wrong with him? One minute he was okay and the next he wasn’t.

Baby I’m So Sorry

Once KCON ended, Sana was no longer her optimistic self. She said hello to him twice and was totally ignored. Sana assumes that he isn’t that nice after all.

There weren’t any text messages for the past 3 weeks. Sana would be lying if she says she is not affected but oh well, what can she do about it? Today, Sana and Nayeon has schedule at Kiss The Radio with Leeteuk sunbaenim. She wondered who the other 2 guest are. When they arrived at the meeting room, the girls quickly bow to Suho and Xiumin who are guests for the same show. The girls greeted them before taking a seat. Sana’s eyes focus on the scripts. Well it is not really a script. It’s just a bunch of pointers. She does not like the topic one bit. ‘He is not that into you’

LT: Sana sshi, the last time you were here, you said you wanted a reliable guy who you could lean on.

SN: Neh oppa…. (Suho didn’t look too please when Sana called Leeteuk ‘Oppa’.)

LT: Found him?

SN: I thought so… But I was wrong…

LT: Wei O? Is it because of the dating ban?

SN: Ani ah… not that… I guess I was just a silly phase for that person. (She answered truthfully.)

LT: Nayeon sshi, your member sound broken-hearted.

NY: Hahahaha… Sana unnie is a very sensitive person. She gets hurt easily.

LT: Ahh, How about you Suho?

SHO: Ani… I am short tempered and get jealous easily. I don’t think anyone would want me.

XM: I agree 100%!

LT: Why do you say that?

XM: Recently, he likes someone a lot. Sadly because he got jealous seeing her talking to another guy, he ignored her for a couple of days.

LT: Nayeon sshi, what do you think of guys like that?

NY: Shiro… I don’t like guy who are like that.

LT: How about you Sana sshi?

SN: Me? Well I guess he wasn’t even serious in the first place.

LT: Ohhh care to elaborate.

SN: Well, if you say you like someone, you are bound to care for her feelings and well-being. If jealousy was an excuse to avoid her then I guess he don’t like her enough to cherish her.

LT: Sana sshi… you sound so serious. You sound like you got hurt.

Sana faked a laugh.

LT: One of the viewers asked, “Suho sshi, don’t you want to make things right?”

SHO: I do.  I want to every single day but I am a coward.

LT: Sana sshi, user id Mr J asked, would you forgive that guy if he apologizes.

Sana thought hard.

SN: No….

Leeteuk and Xiumin gasped.

LT: Why not?

SN: A man who makes me cries because of his immaturity and selfishness does not deserve my love, care and attention.

Suho could sense anger in her words. Leeteuk was eyeing Xiumin.

XM: Nayeon sshi, what should the guy do to make things right?

NY: You are asking me?

XM: Neh…

Suho slumped on the sofa and closed his eyes. The members looked at him and wondered if he is okay. They heard the radio live telecast. They know that their leader screwed up but then what more can they do.

LAY: Sincerity…. Sincerity can win her heart. (The quiet boy finally speaks up.)

SHO: She hates me. You should see the look on her face.

LAY: Did she look into your eyes and say those things?

SHO: Ani…. But…

LAY: If a girl is really over you, you could see it in her eyes as she mouthed those words.

CYL:  Show her that you are sincere. You could drop by her place.

SHO: I don’t even know where she lives.

EXO: You don’t?

SHO: What’s with the surprise reaction?

SH: Hyung… TWICE villa dorm is just 4 units away from ours. They moved into this neighbourhood since like a month ago.

SHO: What! How come no one bother to tell me?

EXO: We did but you were in a bad mood and completely ignored us.

SHO: Any fans outside?

CYL: None… (He answered as he peered outside.)

SHO: I’m heading to their dorm!

SH: What….

SHO: Maknae follow me….

SH: No you are doing something stupid.

XM: I have an idea.

SHO: What?

XM: Don’t wear any jacket. Just in this shirt, wait for her outside and text her to come out. If she still has feelings for you, she will meet you. Bad thing is, you got to weather the cold.

Suho reaches TWICE dorm. He texted her.

‘I’m outside. Can we talk?’

He didn’t receive any reply. No blue tick. No calls. It already has been an hour. He was already freezing. His nose and cheeks were red. His lips cracked too.

Suddenly he heard the garage door open. He was expecting Sana but Dahyun appeared instead with a big bag of thrash.

SHO: Dahyun sshi…

DH: Ya… kamchiagia…. Sunbae!

SHO: Can you call Sana out?

DH: I don’t think she would want to meet you. Besides, she already slept. You should go home sunbae; you looked like you will be sick.

SHO: Ahh she slept already. No wonder.

DH: Did you drive here sunbae?

SHO: Any, we live just 4 units away. You see that unit with there, that’s EXO’s dorm.

Dahyun nodded not knowing what to reply. Suho walked back to his dorm disappointingly.

The next day, every major news outlet was covering news about Suho collapsing during a performance. He was down with high fever and had to be taken to the hospital. He is now back at the dorm resting. His schedule was cancelled for the rest of the week.

Sana was obviously worried.

DH: Poor sunbae…

SN: What?

NY: Dahyun you have not told her?

SN: Told me what?

DH: Oh, he was here last night. He waited out in the cold for close to 2 hours. He texted you didn’t reply.

SN: Have you forgotten, my phone battery is spoil. Manager Oppa said he will buy a new one this weekend. Who did he come here with?

DH: Alone….. Unnie, did you know they stay only 4 units away?

SN: Whattttttttt

DH: Yup, the one with the red bricked walkway.

NY: Maybe you guys should talk.

JHO: I think so too… It sounded like he really is sorry on the radio….

SN: I don’t know….

MN: You should. Clarify his feeling for you. At least if he doesn’t like you, you know you can move on with nothing holding you back.

CY: Mina unnie that sounded so profound. (The maknae giggles.)

SN: Mina ah… could you accompany me please?

Mina nodded and smiled.

JHO: Of course she would. She is an EXO-L. This is like her dream come true….

MN: Jihyo ah!!!!!!!

The two girls were already at the door. They realized that their vans are not there.

SN: Maybe we should go back….

MN: Maybe we should ring the bell?

SN: What if their manager opens the door?

MN: What if it’s not?

As they bantered in front of the house, the door suddenly opens. Baekhyun sunbaenim stood in front of us with a huge bowl of popcorn in his hand.

BY: Sana! Mina!

Sehun and Chanyeol quickly come to the door. Chanyeol asked the girls to quickly come in before closing the door.

CYL: Are you here to see our leader?

SN: Neh… (She replied shyly.)

BY: So you are no longer angry at him?

Sana didn’t know what to reply. Chanyeol came from the kitchen and passed Sana a bowl filled with ice and water. He also handed in a small towel. He slowly pushed Sana up the staircase and right to the front door of Suho’s room.

Mina on the other hand was stuck at the living room. Sehun smiled at her.

SH: Take a seat Mina sshi. Let me get thru this level first then I’ll talk to you. (He said as he continues playing Xbox.)

Once again, Sehun failed to pass the level.

MN: You should do a double cross slice thru that wall to save time before killing the monster. (She suggested nonchalantly.)

SH: You play this game? What level are you at?

MN: I completed the whole game already.

Sehun jaw drops open in awe.

I Like You

Sana knocked on the door but no one open. She turned the door knob softly and entered the room. Her heart aches a little when she saw him shivering under the duvet. She placed the bowl and towel at the side table and reached out her hand to his forehead. He is still running a fever. She starts towelling him even though he resisted a bit. She increased the heater in order to make him sweat. About half an hour later, he stirred in his sleep and finally managed to open his eyes. He thought he saw Sana and assumes it was a dream. He only realized that she is real when she placed her hand on his forehead again.

SN: Your fever has gone down. (She sighed.)

Suho’s eyes immediately opened wide. She stared at the girl that is right in front of him. He blinks a couple of time and she is still there. He sat up to fast and had an immediate giddiness. She holds on to his shoulder.

SN: Gwencana oppa?

SHO: You’re here!

SN: I am.

Just like that he pulls her into a hug. Sana initially tried to wince her way out but Suho’s hug was so strong that she ended rubbing his back to comfort him.

SHO: Bogoshiposo… (He whispered in her ears.)

SN: Na du….

Suho finally release her from the hug a little. He rested his forehead on hers and inhales her intoxicating smell. He finally leans in for a kiss. He waited for a moment. Sana finally responded by allowing his tongue to enter and her reciprocating his actions. They only tear away from each other when they were running out of breadth. Suho embrace her once again.

SHO: Minatozaki Sana, saranghae….

SN: I love you too Jumyeon oppa….

Sometimes… just sometimes… a clumsy person may trip and fall into someone else’s heart.
