Librarian Lee Eunmi is on a mission. With the task to hunt down all of the library delinquents, she sets off ready to claim her long overdue pay raise. The only problem is that the whole town is dead bent on stopping her.

As she encounters mysterious identities and names, Eunmi finds it harder and harder to get that pay raise. She’s not backing down though, not until she hunts down every single one of them.

Especially the most notorious one of all, Delinquent #23, an elusive citizen who goes under the code name of Chen.
