I gave up in life already.

I was tired.

I’ve had enough.

I can’t take it anymore.

No one cared about me, or had the time to even care.

No one loved me, I don’t care how big they’re love for me is, I just want someone to do so. But there was no one.

I lost hope.

But then I saw him.

Sitting at a bench near a tree.

He was always there, every single day.

He looks like he’s waiting for someone, but still he looks at my direction every time and flashes me a gentle smile.

He does this every day, he never failed.

Until I got used to it, and I would have the courage to smile back.

He would smile, wave at me, and look in to my eyes.

This caused my heart to feel an unfamiliar feeling, strings tugged, and butterflies filled my stomach.

I didn’t care, I liked it.

I liked how he captured my heart with just one look and one smile.

That alone, was enough.
