One of the best sights Kyuhyun has ever seen in his whole life isn't a landscape, isn't a landmark, isn't a place—it's a simple smile set in a wide, angelic, and breathtaking grin.

He doesn't know where his sudden adoration for that smile came from; all he knows is that the smile never fails to lift up his spirits every single time he gazes at it. That smile is already the reason he wakes up in the morning—it became his inspiration for every love song he sings, his drive in every action he does, and that particular smile is the reason for the bright colors that suddenly painted his rather mundane life.

But that smile has never been directed to Kyuhyun and that makes his heart ache and twist painfully every time that smile is being directed to someone else—and then Kyuhyun frowns heavily; his heart numb.

And Ryeowook suddenly walks near, the eternal maknae's lips smiling widely and finally being directed to him, and Kyuhyun feels his life is already complete as Ryeowook burrows himself on Kyuhyun's warm embrace.

Ryeowook grins happily as he hears a soft 'clink'; his eyes trained on the almost-full bottle on his bedside table.

A picture of a smiling Kyuhyun suddenly ingrains itself on his mind and Ryeowook blushes fondly, his hands covering his red face in embarrassment, and the man lets himself plop on the bed. He met the other years ago when he was an exchange student in China and they instantly clicked with each other; soon their friendship turning into love—they are together officially as a couple for already four years now.

Although, the last two years were spent away from each other since Ryeowook needed to come back to Korea to finish his studies—that's why these past two years were spent on saving money and balancing three part time jobs along his hard preparation for his college graduation.

Ryeowook's eyes then lovingly swept on the bottle full of coins; a little bit more of a spare coin and he can finally buy the ticket to be together with Kyuhyun again in China.

All his hardships are worth it because of Kyuhyun.

Kyuhyun sighed heavily as he plopped down on the bed; his head pulsing painfully and his body aching. It was hard working on several part time jobs but it was harder preparing for his college graduation and ensuring that he get a stable and good job in the future—the man really found it tiring but he knew he would and could bare it all just because of one reason.

Kyuhyun smiled happily as the well-worn white shirt came into his view and he then gently tugged it near to his chest; all his tiredness and aches seemingly and suddenly draining away as he inhaled the scent of the owner still left on the shirt. It was faint, but Kyuhyun still could imagine Ryeowook wearing it with his face set in the most beautiful smile Kyuhyun has ever seen in his whole life.

It didn't matter if Kyuhyun was getting weary with his studies and jobs, because in the end, if he landed a high-paying job with all his hardwork to ensure for a good future, he could finally ask Ryeowook to stay in China with him and he could finally ask the important question.

All his hardships were worth it because of Ryeowook.
