Taemin woke up coughing.
Minho ran to him. "Taemin! I remember everything!"
Taemin looked at him. "You do?!"
"Yes. I saw the note and I remember!" Minho smiled. "Wait. How did it get here?"
"I found it when I was packing your clothes the first day. That's why I was crying...."
"I'm sorry. I was going to propose to you that day. I was looking for the ring when we crashed. I must have left it at home. I'm so sorry."

Taemin shook his head. He got up and clung to him. "I'm so sorry that I was late!" He started to cry.

Minho pulled out the ring. "Will you marry me?"

Taemin nodded. "Yes!"

Minho kissed him.
Taemin kissed back.
Minho kissed deeper.

Taemin opened his mouth and wrapped his arms around Minho's neck.

Minho pulled away and smirked. "Last time we did this you took advantage of innocent me."

Taemin gasped and hid his face. "I'm sorry! You kissed me differently and I got.... hard! It's all your fault!"

Minho chuckled. "You're so naughty. Now I'm getting you cough medicine, then you're going back to sleep."

Taemin pouted. "But I'm not tired."

"The cold medicine will make you tired."

Taemin pouted. "I don't want to sleep. You just got your memory back."

Minho gave him some cold medicine. Taemin immediately fell asleep. 
Minho tucked him in tight. He laid down next to him and fell asleep.

Jonghyun woke up and just stared at Key. He sighed. "I never realized how stupid I was until this. I can't believe I let all of our arguments get to me. I love you so much, Key. You mean everything to me."
He noticed Key’s hand move.
Jonghyun looked closer. "Key?"
Key squeezed his hand.
Jonghyun smiled. "Key, please wake up! Can you hear me?"
Key squeezed his hand again. Onew pressed the button. The doctor came in.
Jonghyun started crying. "Key! I'm so sorry! I love you so much!"
The doctor checked over Key. "Key can you squeeze my hand?"

Key squeezed his hand. "Good. Now opened your eyes."

Key didn't do anything. "Open your eyes." 

Key's eyes opened. "Good. You're doing great."

Key closed his eyes again. "Get some rest."

The doctor turned to Jonghyun. "He's waking up. It'll be a long process and an even longer recovery."

Jonghyun nodded. "Okay, but will he be okay?"
"He'll be okay. He'll need your help a lot. If you come to my office. I'll talk you through the process."

Jonghyun nodded and followed him.
The doctor sat down. Jonghyun sat across from him. "Every head injury is different. Key will not necessarily have them all. Head injuries are complicated. They take a long time to heal as well. Key may have physical problems such as waking up in the middle of the night, putting things in his mouth, having trouble knowing when he needs to go to the bathroom and balance problems. He may also have random outbursts of anger. He doesn't mean it and he most likely won't remember it. It's just his brain healing. He'll also have times when he'll be really upset for no reason or scared. He may not have a lot of control over his emotions."

Jonghyun nodded. "Okay. What should I do if he's angry or sad?"
"Just comfort him. He just needs to know you're there for him no matter what."

Jonghyun nodded. "Okay."
"You can go back to him now."

Jonghyun nodded and went back to Key.
Key slept for an hour before his hand started moving.
Jonghyun held his hand.
Key squeezed his hand.
Jonghyun smiled. "I love you, Key."
Key squeezed his hand again. This time harder.
Jonghyun smiled. "I'm sorry for yelling at you. I'm the selfish one. I love you so much."
Key opened his eyes.
Jonghyun looked at him. "Hey Key..."
Key's eyes were unfocused.

Jonghyun frowned. He called the doctor in.
"This is normal. Try standing in his line of view so he can focus on you."
Jonghyun nodded and leaned over Key. "Key, can you look at me?"
Key took a little while but was able to focus on him.
Jonghyun smiled and kissed his nose.
Key smiled.
Jonghyun smiled at him. "I love you so much."
Key squeezed his hand again.
Jonghyun squeezed back.
Key fell asleep.
Jonghyun smiled and sat down. He yawned. He called Onew.

Onew answered.
"Hey, Key woke up." Jonghyun said.
"Really that's wonderful."

"Yeah. He's resting now." Jonghyun said.
"How's he doing?"

"He's okay. The doctor said he might not be able to eat himself or control his emotions." Jonghyun said.
"He'll need you a lot."
"I know."
"At least he'll survive."
"Yeah. I'm glad he's alive."
"I wonder if he heard you when he was in his coma."

"Maybe. I'm just glad to have him back."
"I'll visit after work today." Onew said.
Jonghyun nodded. "Okay."
Onew hung up.
Jonghyun smiled and fell asleep.
Three weeks pasted. Key was getting better. He was able sit and move his hands and legs weakly. He was still on a feeding tube and hasn't spoken yet.

Jonghyun was worried but he was very passionate to Key and caring.
Key was resting when a nurse came in with a tray.
Jonghyun smiled at her. "Thank you."
"We're going to start him on liquid food. We'll start with milk. He likes strawberry milk right?"
Jonghyun nodded. "Yeah."
She gave him a bottle of strawberry milk. "You can feed him when he wakes up. But be careful. He may have trouble swallowing."
Jonghyun nodded. "Okay."
The nurse left. Key woke up a little later.
Jonghyun smiled. "It's time to eat."

He gently sat him up and held the cup to his mouth. Key started drinking weakly.
Jonghyun smiled. He would pull the cup away until Key swallowed then gave him more.
Key was struggling to swallowed a little.
Jonghyun sighed. "I'm so sorry, Key."
Key finished the milk.
Jonghyun laid him back down and kissed his forehead.
Key smiled.
Jonghyun smiled back. "I love you so much."
Key squeezed his hand.
Jonghyun smiled and kissed his hand.
Key held his hand weakly.
Jonghyun smiled and held his hand back.
Key opened his mouth like he wanted to speak but nothing came out.
Jonghyun sighed. "You need to rest."
Key frowned.
Jonghyun smiled. "Get some sleep, beautiful."
Key smiled. He tried to speak again. "Aaaaa..."
"Key, I can't understand you and you need to rest."
Key squeeze his hand.
Jonghyun smiled and kissed his hand again.
Key opened his mouth.
Jonghyun frowned. "What do you want? Do you want more milk?"
Key nodded.
Jonghyun had a nurse get more and he gave more to Key.
Key drank it. This time he was better at swallowing.
Jonghyun smiled. "I love you, Key."
Key finished the milk.
Jonghyun smiled and laid him back down. "Is that better?"
Key nodded.
Jonghyun smiled. "Now rest."
Key shook his head.
Jonghyun sighed. "You need to babe."
Key squeezed his hand.
Jonghyun smiled. "I'm so sorry for yelling at you. I need to spend more time with you. Money doesn't mean anything. Our happiness and us being together means everything."
Key smiled.
Jonghyun smiled back. "I almost lost you because I was stupid. I don't ever want to lose you."
Key tried to say something but it came out as babble.
Jonghyun sighed. "I can't understand you, babe."
Key started getting upset. He continued to babble.
Jonghyun frowned. "Key, are you still hungry?"
Key shook his head.
Jonghyun frowned. "Do you want to stay up with me?"
Key started crying.
Jonghyun frowned. "Key, I'm sorry! Don't cry!"
Key reached for him weakly.
Jonghyun gently sat down next to him and held him.
Key clung to him. Jonghyun held him close.
Key sobbed into his chest.
Jonghyun frowned and cradled him. "I'm sorry."
Key slowly calmed down. He looked up at Jonghyun.
Jonghyun kissed his nose.
Key kissed him gently.
Jonghyun kissed back.
Key opened his mouth.
Jonghyun chuckled and pulled away. "You need to rest."
Key pouted.
Jonghyun chuckled. "Rest."
Key laid in his chest.
Jonghyun cradled him.
Key fell asleep.
Jonghyun fell asleep soon after.
