Your heart stops. It’s dark. We’re in an elevator. It’s not moving. I’m stuck in an unmoving dark elevator! Your eyes widen in fear and your heart, that had once been at a standstill, was now beating as fast as a hummingbird’s wings. Your eyes widen in fear and the tears spill out. Your breath starts coming out in short gasps, until you’re hyperventilating and you feel as though your chest was going to cave in. You wrap your arms around yourself and drop to the floor, sobs now wracking through your body. Oh please god! Please! Let this be a nightmare!

Jaejoong’s POV

As he stood there in the dark, he suddenly heard your sobs. He looked at you, or where you were supposed to be, in alarm. Why’s she crying? The power should be back up in a bit. Then he hears the fast gasping noises that you were making and his eyebrows furrow in concern. Something’s wrong…He reaches his arms to try to grab you, but instead he sweeps empty air.

He feels a tug on his pants and looks down, before slowly sitting down. When he finally got down, he felt your arms immediately envelop him and felt you bury your head in his chest.

“Help me…”, you whimper.

Silently, not knowing what else to do, he sits down with his legs stretched straight out and pulls you into his lap, hugging you tightly to his chest. This is the least I can do. After all, how can I see the one I love in pain.
