He was running through the forest with his brothers, they always played like this since they were pups, he was an alpha and his brothers his betas, he was supposed to take over his father place as the alpha leader of the pack, but he couldn't care less about that, his only dream was to finally find his mate.

He was exhausted for the long run and while waiting for his brothers to catch up with him he decided to rest close to the cascade, that's where he saw him, lying almost dead, if not for the slow breath one would think the wasn't alive.
