"We cannot look past it this time Kim!"

Jimin flinched. He knew this would happen again, he had just hoped it would not be this soon.

"We told you the first time that it was unacceptable! We told you the second time that if your hunters got anywhere near our lands again, we would attack"

Jimin pressed himself closer to the wall of the hut, trying to make himself as invisible as possible. This was bad news indeed.

"I-I can explain!" His alpha sounded very scared, which was very unusual. To be fair, anyone would probably be scared less if they were facing a furious Jeon Jungkook. And they should be. 

"I did not come here to listen to your excuses. I am here to offer you a final deal. As my alpha is very patient, he is willing to accept any form of consolation you can provide, within 24 hours. If you cannot do this, or if what you offer is insufficient, we will attack"

Dead silence followed this announcement. Everyone in their pack knew that they would never be able to win a battle against BTS. Even though Jimin's pack outnumbered them, each of the BTS wolves could easily take on two of theirs. Even the only BTS omega could probably beat their strongest hunter. Jungkook coming alone also proved this. 

"I understand" His alpha said in a shaky voice. Jimin looked at Jin who looked just as scared and uncertain as he felt. How on earth would they get out of this one?

"I do have something to offer as consolation" Jimin frowned, they had nothing that would even remotely interest Min Yoongi, and his alpha knew that. 

"I'm listening" Jungkook sounded kind of bored, as if he also knew that whatever Kim had in mind would not be enough.

"Min is still unmated as far as I recall?" A sense of dread filled Jimin. Oh god no. 

He couldn't see the two arguing males from his hiding spot, but he assumed Jungkook nodded, because his alpha continued; "I have an excellent, unmated omega I'm sure would fit his taste" 

Jimin felt his insides freeze. He couldn't breathe.

No.

No no NO!

He could not believe his alpha would offer him just like that, like he was some pretty jewelry. He knew very well he was their best omega, as he was constantly reminded by the hungry looks and the sleazy comment from his stronger packmates, not to mention the almost daily request from his alpha to "entertain" him. Jimin shivered at the mere thought. It was pure luck that he was still unmated, as he and Jin took care of each other and fled far into the woods during their heat cycles. If it hadn't been for Jin, some creep would have claimed Jimin long ago, and he would have been forced to stay with them for the rest of his life. And now, after all of this, his alpha was just selling him off because he couldn't control his own damn hunters. He looked back at Jin in panic, but they both knew there were nothing they could do. They had to obey alphas orders. 

"Hmm, Yoongi might be interested in that" Jungkook said. Jimin felt like he was hearing the conversation through a tunnel; he was dead scared. So far no one had ever really hurt him. Used him, yes, but never physically hurt him. Min Yoongi was an unknown factor, but he was said to be ruthless and merciless, and Jimin had no desire to find out if that was true. 

"Who is the omega?"

Jimin knew what was coming, yet he still jumped when his alpha yelled his name. He was frozen on the spot, and if Jin hadn't been there to push him out into the clearing surrounded by their huts, he would have been punished for not showing immediately when his alpha called. He felt all eyes on him as he slowly began to walk towards his alpha and the messenger from BTS. Jungkook watched him as if he was a piece of meat, and Jimin shivered once again. If this wolf wanted him, he would take him and no one would be able to do anything about it. "Wow" Jungkook said and Jimin could practically hear him drool. "How is he not mated yet?" 

"He has declined every offer. Besides, having him unmated proves useful in situations like this" 

Jimin didn't know how to respond to that. His alpha had actually kept him unmated in case of emergency. What the hell. 

"I'll inform Yoongi about this delightful change of events. You have him ready tonight by the waterfall" Jungkook nodded towards Jimin and then added "and this is the last and final chance Kim. Any of your pack gets remotely close to our land again and you are dead" 

Jimin did not doubt those words, and neither did his alpha, who continued nodding furiously at the retreating wolf. 

"Seokjin!" Jimin started as his alpha yelled, he was still in a state of chock. Jin appeared in a matter of seconds, head down and hands at his side. "Yes alpha?" 

"You go help Jimin freshen up. And be sure he is as delicious as possible" Jimin wanted to throw up. "Alpha, what is required of me?" He asked, and was quite proud of his almost steady voice. "You will do whatever Min Yoongi asks of you. If he wants to mount you, then you let him. If he wants to keep you, you're his" Jimin nodded stiffly. . 

Jin grabbed his arm and almost dragged him to their shared hut. He looked about as shaken as Jimin felt, and as soon as they were inside he hugged him tightly. "I'm so sorry" he whispered. 

Jin helped Jimin bathe and rubbed him in all kinds of nurturing and scented oils. They talked very little, both too shaken and scared to voice their thoughts. Finally when they were done, Jin sat Jimin down and looked very seriously at him. "You need to be very careful" he said slowly. Jimin just nodded, he couldn't speak. "If... If Min wants something awful, something you don't like, don't let him know. He might be sadistic. Instead, pretend like you like the idea, but would like something else better. This might intrigue him. You can say something like" Jin suddenly looked very sultry as he practically purred; "that sounds great alpha, but I have another idea"

Jimin was chocked. He had never seen Jin like this before, and he realized Jin would have to have learned this somewhere. Of course, Jin had been here much longer than Jimin, who had only just spent a year with this pack, and he might have been through something much worse than Jimin. He suddenly wanted to cry. "I- Jin I can't leave you here! Who will help you in your heat?" Jin smiled sadly

"I took care of myself before you got here Chimchim. I'll be alright"

"But alpha? And what if someone claims you?" 

"No one is going to claim me. Without you I will be alphas only entertainment, and he doesn't want to be tied down, so I will remain unmated"

That was a dark future, even to Jimin, who had no idea what his future might hold. "I won't leave you Jin! I'll find a way to come back! What if I act out in front of Min and be real annoying, then he wouldn't want to keep me, right?"

"No!" Jin exclaimed, looking scared. "No, if you do that he will just hurt you. And maybe claim that you didn’t suffice, and that means war Jimin. A war we can never win!" Jimin sighed. Everything seemed so hopeless. But he couldn't give up; he had to fight for Jin's sake. "I'll find a way Jin. I promise" he said, just as someone called him outside. The two omegas hugged each other and Jin whispered "promise me to be careful". Jimin nodded and walked outside, not knowing if this would be the last time he saw his best friend.

"Shift"

Jimin stared. What? Here? Now? With everyone starring?

"Now!" Jimin took a deep breath and undressed. With the feeling of ever pair of eyes in the camp fixed at his body, he took a deep breath and changed into the small chestnut colored wolf. The beta wolf nodded, and led him in between the nearby trees. Five wolves were waiting for them, including the alpha. The beta who had commanded him to shift in the middle of everyone, shifted in the woods. Hypocrite. 

Okay, no trying to run away Jimin! Everyone follow me.

Yeah, as if he was even thinking about running away. He may be scared less but he wasn't stupid. 

They ran for almost an hour and a half, Jimin trying desperately to keep up. His small stature let him run much faster than any of them, but his stamina was not nearly as good, and he was exhausted by the time they arrived at the waterfall. 

The smell of strong, male wolf was clear.

BTS was already there. 

Jimin felt another pang of fear as the reality of what was happening hit him full force. He could distinctly smell the alpha and he was more than terrified. Think about Jin! he told himself, you gotta do this for Jin!

He tried to calm himself as the order SHIFT ripped through him, and he immediately shifted, having no choice. He glared at his alpha; he hadn't needed to use the alpha power on him! But then the six other wolves made a tight formation around him, and they moved out from the tree-line to meet Min Yoongi. Jimin couldn't really see anything from behind his alpha's back, but he could smell four unfamiliar scents. Yoongi had brought three wolves while Jimin's alpha had brought five. It was pretty clear who had the upper hand.

"Kim" he heard an unknown voice say, low and almost growling. That must have been Min Yoongi and Jimin did his best not to panic. 

"Min" his alpha answered. "I am here at the correct time, bringing consolation. Will you accept and not attack me and my pack?" 

"Let's see him" 

Crap. 

Jimin had dreaded this inevitable moment. Everyone from his pack had brought shorts, but they hadn't let him bring his, probably because his “renter” had to see everything, so he could evaluate him. As alpha Kim stepped aside, Jimin was suddenly grabbed and thrown forwards. He landed harshly on the ground, trying desperately to conceal a whine of pain. Like he couldn't walk himself??

Jimin cowered on the ground, keeping his head down, trying to appear as tiny and submissive as possible. His heartbeat increased (if that was even possible) when two feet appeared in his line of vision. Then, all of a sudden, a hand grabbed his chin and forced his head upwards. A pair of menacing eyes met his, and Jimin lost his breath. While this man looked like he could kill with just his eyes, he was also incredibly handsome and Jimin was so surprised and confused that it took him almost ten seconds to remember that he shouldn't look this man in the eye. Min Yoongi chuckled, and his lips turned up in a smirk. "I see what you mean Jungkook. He is indeed something special"

He stood up straight. "I'll take him. You'll know if he displeases me"

The sinking feeling in Jimin stomach intensified. Oh god, there was absolutely no way out now. Min Yoongi had left his side and two of the wolves that had accompanied him were at Jimin’s side, gripping his arms. But, instead of yanking him up and forcing him with them, the wolves gently helped him to stand. This surprised Jimin and he looked to his left to find none other than J-hope smiling gently at him. The J-hope. Known for his ferocious battle with no less than three of the northern packs wolves, who had had to crawl back home with broken bones. And he was smiling gently. Jimin didn't know what to think, as he realized Jeon Jungkook was on his other side with the same expression. He got even more confused when they got in between the trees and Jungkook gently said "please shift Jimin, we'll get home much faster that way"  

He had not expected this behavior from the most feared pack in this side of the country. They were nice to him? Jungkook had said "please"? He shifted without questioning, and when the others had shifted as well, they all started running.

After what seemed like forever, the trees suddenly stopped, and they were stood in the middle of a circle of huts, an outdoor kitchen area, and multiple fireplaces. Yoongi was clearly giving mental orders to his pack, as they started running in different directions. J-hope began nosing at Jimin's side, lightly pushing him towards one of the huts. When they reached it, J-hope gestured for Jimin to get inside, and closed the door behind him. Jimin immediately realized that this was the alpha hut. The scent was filling his nose, and he cowered against his will. No matter how nice the other wolves had been, there was no guarantee the alpha would be like them. Quite the opposite, actually, judging by his earlier behavior. 

The hut was quite small, only housing a table with five chairs, a bookshelf and a big hay mattress covers in deer skin. Jimin had no idea what was expected off him, so he just shifted to appear more submissive. He kneeled in the middle of the room, hands on his knees, head down, and waited. 

He didn't have to wait long. 

The door opened and Min Yoongi stepped inside in his human form. Jimin didn't look up; he just held his breath and waited. 

"Kim did well, choosing you as consolation" he said in his low voice. "Had I been anyone else I would have claimed you as my mate instantly" Jimin didn't know how to respond, or if he was even allowed, so he just kept silent. Yoongi slowly sat down in front of him. "Look at me" he said gently, and Jimin did. The menacing look from earlier had completely vanished, Yoongi just looked serious. "I'm not gonna hurt you" he said slowly, as if he wanted to make sure Jimin understood.  "I'm not going to take you. I'm not doing anything to you that you don't want me to" 

Jimin stared.

Uhm, what. 

"W-what?" Yoongi smiled at him, a genuine smile that almost made him look... Cute? 

"I do not want to fight. I'm not remotely interested in battling Kim, or overtaking his land. I'm happy as it is, but he needs to keep his damn hunters off my land. If I hadn't demanded something from him I would have had to fight him. I would have won, but that means I would have to take responsibility for what would be left of his pack, and his land, neither of which I want nor need. So Jimin, I brought you here because I had to. You have nothing to fear"

This was a bit too much to take in. Jimin had been dreading and fearing this, and now he had nothing to fear? He didn't completely understand, and the only logical explanation to him was "you don't want me?!"

Yoongi's expression changed in a split second. "Oh no. I want you."

A shiver went through Jimin, but this time it had nothing to do with fear.

"But I'm not going to take you against your will. I'm not Kim, I don't abuse my omegas. Look at you, cowering on the floor, not meeting my eyes. He's horrible"

Jimin was confused. "I'm not supposed to?" 

"No, being an omega does not make you inferior. At least not in my opinion. You come meet Taehyung, see what I mean" Yoongi lit up in another bright smile "you must be hungry too, come on"

Jimin was shocked yet again. Seemed to happen a lot lately. In front of him was the five most feared wolves in this side of the country, laughing and chatting over dinner, like they were a family on a picnic. They all sat together, no eating order, no “Alpha eats first”, no “omega gets the leftovers”. The four he had just been formally introduced to, Kim Taehyung, Kim Namjoon, Jung Hoseok, Jeon Jungkook, and their alpha. This all seemed pretty normal, too. Jimin just ate in silence, he hadn't had this much food since he joined his pack. 

"So are you gonna stay?" Taehyung suddenly asked. It took some time before Jimin realized it was him Taehyung was speaking to. "Uhm, excuse me?" 

"Oh, we talked about this even before we met you! If you were nice, we would offer you to join our pack! You know, since your own is so awful"

Jimin didn't know what to do. He had been prepared to be forced-mated to someone, not to happily be offered a new home. 

"Pleeeease! It would be really nice to have someone with my stamina to run with me! Plus another omega is always welcome, right Yoongi?" 

Yoongi mumbled something incoherent. Taehyung continued undauntedly, he didn't seem to mind that he was having a one way conversation. "We could tell your pack that Yoongi liked you so much he mated you! On second thought, he would probably do it if you ask him" Taehyung gave Yoongi a smug look, and the Day of Shocks continued for Jimin. As he looked at Yoongi, he saw that he was blushing all the way to his ears. He also noticed that Yoongi was carefully avoiding his eyes. 

What on earth. 

"So anyway, you wanna stay?" Taehyung was starring expectantly at him. Jimin swallowed his food, then hesitantly said "uuh, I'm not really sure..." 

"But," Namjoon said confused "weren't your own pack totally awful?" 

"Uhm yes, they kind of are, but..." 

"But they're pack?" Yoongi said, giving Jimin a look of deep understanding. 

"Well no, it just, there is this one person..."

Yoongi scowled. "A 'special someone' huh?!"

Jimin shook his head, a bit startled by Yoongi's sudden mood change. "No, no he is an omega like me, but he is my best friend and he needs me"

Yoongi's face softened. "Oh, okay then. Well, you can stay here as long as you want and think about it"

Jimin stayed with BTS for a week. He grew more and more anxious every day, worrying about Jin, afraid he thought Jimin had left him for good. 

But he just couldn't get himself to leave BTS. They already treated him like pack, joking with him, asking questions, giving him a tour of their lands. He got some fighting training from Taehyung, learning tricks and techniques and surprising everyone including himself by fighting Jungkook for one whole minute before he gave in.

He also impressed all of them by catching a fox in less than ten seconds, and that day he was the hero at their table. He had never tried being appreciated like this, and it made it very hard to even consider leaving. 

And then there was the thing with Yoongi. 

Min Yoongi was known across the country as the murderous, merciless, ferocious alpha, who won every battle and spared no one. 

In reality he was really soft spoken, rarely gave direct orders and was kind of goofy. Jimin learned this as he stood up to perform some kind of victory dance on the third night, because he had won an argument against Taehyung. Apparently this was rare, since Taehyung had a very sharp tounge, but Jimin thought Jin might be up to the challenge.

Yoongi had also insisted that Jimin slept in his bed, while Yoongi slept on the floor. He had argued that since Jungkook and Taehyung were mated, he would not want to sleep in their hut, and Namjoon's snoring could be mistaken for a bear roaring, so his and Hoseok's hut was out of the question too. But Jimin awoke on the fifth night to find Yoongi sitting in a chair, starring at him. Yoongi apologized, claimed he couldn't sleep and scrambled back to the floor, but Jimin was pretty sure he had been sitting there for a long time. 

This was not the first time he had noticed Yoongi starring at him. He felt the wolf's eyes on him almost constantly, whether it was at dinner, around the fire, while hunting, or pretty much anytime he and Yoongi were within watching-distance. 

Yoongi also always made sure Jimin was happy, letting him have his seat by the fire, or his extra blanket or some of his food. 

When he quietly asked Hoseok about it, out of hearing distance, Hoseok just grinned from ear to ear. "He always liked cute things, he just won't admit it".

This did not help Jimin much. 

On the seventh night he couldn't take it anymore. The total happiness from this one week combined with his insane worry about Jin collided and filled Jimin with a crushing guilt. He was an awful person, he had promised Jin to find a way back to him, and it had been there from the start, he was just being a selfish prick, staying here when Jin was suffering alone. He angrily fought the tears threatening to spill, as he got up and tiptoed towards the door. 

"Where do you think you’re going?"

Jimin startled. In his misery, he had somehow forgotten all about Yoongi. 

"Uhm..." Jimin thought about saying something like "gotta pee" but he couldn't make himself do it. He would never admit to it, but somewhere deep down he wanted Yoongi to stop him. He sighted. "I'm going back"

"Why?" 

"Because of Jin"

Yoongi stared almost accusingly at him. "And you were just going to sneak out? Not saying goodbye to anyone?" Jimin nodded weakly. That had kind if been the plan. 

"And you didn't think of how much that would hurt us?" Jimin stared. "What?" 

"You don't realize we have grown to care about you? A week may not be long, but it's enough to determine whether or not you like someone. And we like you. A lot" Yoongi got up and stood right in front of Jimin, who shivered at the closeness. He tried to take a step back, but Yoongi grabbed his shoulders and kept him in place. 

"Stay" he whispered. "Please"

In that moment Jimin just wanted to wrap himself around Yoongi and never let go. He looked so vulnerable and lost and was that Jimin's doing? Did Yoongi really like him that much? He was so incredibly close to just agree and climb back into bed with Yoongi (wait, WITH Yoongi?!) but then Jin's face popped up into his head, and he shook his head, avoiding Yoongi's eyes. "I can't" he whispered. Yoongi made a frustrated noise. "Is it just because of this other omega?"

"Yes, Jin" 

"And you don't have any other reason to go back?" 

"No, not at all"

"Then I'll bring him here"

Jimin stared. 

"What?"

"I'll bring him here, you'll both join the pack and everyone will be happy. Does Kim abuse him as well?" Jimin nodded, he couldn't speak. "Filthy bastard. I'll get Jin out for you, don't worry" Jimin stared some more, processing what Yoongi had just said. Then he threw his arms around Yoongi’s neck and almost strangled him with his hug. Yoongi staggered a bit, completely taken by surprise, the he chuckled and hugged back. 

That night Yoongi didn't sleep on the floor.

Jimin woke up the next morning feeling warmer and cozier than he ever had before. It took some time before his sleepy brain registered that it was because of Yoongi’s arms, wrapping tightly around his waist. He blushed, and tried wiggling out of the vice-like grip without waking Yoongi, but this proved impossible when a voice thick with sleep mumbled “be still”. Jimin froze and tried to remember why Yoongi was in his bed, when their conversation last night came back to him.

Yoongi was going to free Jin. 

He had promised to get him out of the awful pack and he had offered them both a place in his own. Suddenly Jimin was all giddy, and he turned to Yoongi and smiled brighter than the sun. Yoongi cracked and eye open, watching his armful of happy omega. “Morning!” Jimin said cheerfully and Yoongi groaned. “Is it morning already?” He yawned for an impossibly long time and then said “What got you all exited?”

Jimin cuddeled closer to his soon-to-be alpha and said “You promised to save Jin. I never thought I would see him again when I left, and now were both getting a new, wonderful home. I’m just happy”

Yoongi chuckled and began running his fingers through Jimin’s hair. Holding the omega close like this felt so right, and Yoongi never wanted to let go.

“How are you going to free him?” Jimin asked, his eyes closed in content.

“I don’t know”

“WHAT?!” Jimin sat up, making Yoongi groan again. “You don’t know?! But you can do it, right?” Jimin sounded all panicked, and Yoongi tried desperately to figure out how to calm him, but his brain was still working slowly. “I… Of course I can, I just need to figure out how…”

Jimin was less than pleased.

“You could say that you were unhappy with me” Jimin suggested. They had thrown an emergency pack meeting to brainstorm, and even though the other wolves had been pretty grumpy about being forced out of bed, they sobered up when they heard what was at stake.

“You could say that I turned out to be a disappointment, and that you want another omega”

“No” Yoongi said “no, then they would demand you back.”

They sat in silence for a while then Taehyung said “Why can’t he just leave his pack?”

Jimin sighed “He won’t know he has anywhere to go, and you know staying with a pack is safest. Jin would never choose to be a pack-less omega, it would be way too risky”

“But his pack is awful to him!”

“I know!” Jimin was getting a teeny bit frustrated. They were wasting time, and Jin might be suffering right now! “But they feed him, and he has a place to sleep, and they protect him against strays and other packs. If he was on his own he wouldn’t have that.”

“What if he knew that he had a place here?” They all looked to Namjoon, who continued; “If he knew there was another pack willing to take him in, wouldn’t he leave?”

“I suppose so, if he knew how awesome you all are” Jimin answered, spreading a collective smile in the group. “Aww” Taehyung cooed.

“But how would we let him know? We have no way of contacting him”

“One of us has to go and tell him” Hoseok said.

“No, Kim will never let him leave if he knows he will join us” Yoongi said gloomily.

“He doesn’t have to know. I’ll go tell him that you are keeping Jimin and that he had a goodbye message to one of his friends. Jin can pretend he is so upset by Jimin leaving that he leaves too”

They all stared at Namjoon, completely dumbfounded.

“Have you always been this smart and just been hiding it really well?” Namjoon hit Jungkook upside the head, and Jimin felt relief wash over him. They had a plan, this would totally work.

Namjoon left immediately and came back very grumpy, but with good news. Apparently Jin had been very hostile towards him, not believing a word he said and claiming he wanted proof about his best friend being all right before he went anywhere. It had taken Namjoon exhaustingly long to convince him, but he had managed, and Jin was supposedly on his way.

It took almost three days, and a lot of worrying from Jimin, before the beautiful wolf, a lot like a very big husky, trotted hesitantly into the clearing. Jimin made a sound not unlike a dying goose, and threw himself at the wolf, hugging him like there was no tomorrow. Tears were streaming down his cheeks, when the wolf turned into his best friend. “Oh thank god, I thought he had hurt you or something!” Jin chuckled and patted Jimin fondly on the head. “Nah, I just didn’t really trust that weird guy you sent, but then I deemed it worth a try”

Jimin could hear Namjoon making aggrieved noises in the background, but he just laughed and hugged Jin some more. Formal introductions were made, and Jin had brought as much of Jimin’s stuff as he could carry, since Jimin hadn’t been allowed to bring anything when he was traded.

Jin fit in so perfectly it was like there had been a Jin shaped hole in their group just waiting to be filled. Only Namjoon seemed to have anything bad to say about him, grumpily criticizing his food and always having a kind of sarcastic tone when they spoke. Jin answered with hostility and sass, but Jimin knew Jin well enough to know that he was actually hurt by the whole thing. Especially the comments about his food, since he took pride in his cooking skills, but fortunately everyone else loved Jin’s food, and weren’t holding back their praises. Jimin didn’t fully understand the conflict between the two, but he figured they would work it out eventually.

The next full moon happened two weeks after Jin’s arrival. Everyone had agreed to let Jin and Jimin join the pack, and Taehyung was more than a little exited on the night's run. To join the pack they had to each catch a pray with a witness, and then Yoongi would bite them under the full moon, officially connecting their minds to the others and including them in the BTS pack.

“I can’t wait! We’ll get two other omegas! We should totally make a team, like a fighting trio, “The Unstoppable Three”! No wait, “Unstoppable Omegas”! No…” Jungkook clasped a hand over Tae’s mouth and sighed. “You all ready?” Yoongi asked, looking at his pack and very-soon-to-be pack-mates. They all nodded, Taehyung giving a thumbs up since Jungkook was still holding his head. They all shifted and ran into the forest, Yoongi following Jimin closely to make sure he would witness it when Jimin caught something.

Even though Jimin was concentrating harder than ever, it took almost twenty minutes before he located a suitable pray. A large hare was nipping at the grass behind some bushes, and Jimin crouched, ready to strike. He made sure Yoongi was watching before he jumped, the hare not having a chance against the brown lightning shooting towards it, killing it cleanly and looking proudly at Yoongi. Yoongi howled to let the others know Jimin had caught his pray, then he nuzzled Jimin’s side giving him a bark of approval and Jimin wacked his tail in happiness. The large black wolf was almost three times his own size, but Jimin was no longer the least bit afraid of him. On the contrary he felt so safe and happy in Yoongi’s presence it was almost a bit alarming. They had shared a bed every night since that day Yoongi promised to save Jin, and Jimin felt more attached to him than to any of the others. He got anxious when Yoongi was gone on alpha business and he began looking more and more forwards to the evenings, and never wanted to get up in the morning.

He hadn’t told any of this to Yoongi, not wanting to alarm him. He was also scared that if he voiced his thoughts, Yoongi would stop sleeping beside him, and he wasn’t sure he could handle that. He didn’t want to admit it, but he sort of, kind of needed Yoongi.

A howl from Hoseok broke Jimin’s train of thoughts, Jin had caught his pray. It was time. Jimin looked to Yoongi excitedly, and Yoongi gestured for him to follow. They ran towards the sound, and soon found the other wolves minus Namjoon, who showed up a minute later. Yoongi trotted towards Jin, who fell to his stomach and bowed his head. Yoongi closed his jaw around Jin’s neck and bit gently. Jin whined softly, then Yoongi let go and Jin stood up, shaking his head and then everyone looked to Jimin expectantly. Yoongi went to his side and Jimin copied Jin’s movements. He also couldn’t keep a whine from slipping out, but he was pretty sure his was more out of pleasure than Jin’s. Suddenly his head filled with different voices.

Jimin?

Taehyung barked happily and ran towards him, immediately attacking and going for the ears. Their pack was now bigger and stronger than ever, and Jimin couldn’t be happier. Or so he thought.

It was in the middle of dinner one day, when it suddenly hit Jimin full force, and he let out a loud, surprised moan around his steak.

With everything that was going on, his new pack, the freedom and his confusing, blossoming feelings, he had forgotten all about counting days and looking out for signs. His heat had hit him full force, and he felt it surge through him, as everyone stared at him. Hoseok dropped his own stake, Namjoon clenched his fists and Yoongi grabbed the table so hard his knuckles turned white. Even Jungkook looked like he was affected by the incredibly arousing smell that seemed to flow from Jimin. “Holy ” Hoseok muttered as he stared at the panting omega. Jin immediately jumped up and stormed around the table, gripping Jimin’s arm. “Come on” he said “well go to the lake, it’ll mask the scent, come on” He began tugging on Jimin, but Jimin wasn’t listening. It felt like he was in a trance, as he slowly looked up at Yoongi. It was like everything else disappeared, nothing mattered anymore, nothing but Yoongi. His scent wrapped itself around Jimin as he stared transfixed into Yoongi’s eyes, seeing nothing but him. It was like he had always known, and he didn’t understand how he hadn’t seen it before.

“Yoongi” he half whispered, half moaned. That appeared to be the magic word, because Yoongi was at his side in a matter of seconds, pushing Jin away and scooping Jimin up in his arms. He ran to their hut faster than anyone had ever seen him move before, and he had just barely closed the door behind them when Jimin claimed his lips in a kiss that took both of their breaths away.

“Jimin” Yoongi gasped between kisses “Jimin are you sure?”

Jimin pulled back to look into his eyes. “Yes” he said with finality, “yes Yoongi. I don’t think I have ever been more sure of anything in my life”

Yoongi’s face split in a goofy grin, and then he leaned back in to claim his mate.

“Oh shut up they’re adorable”

“hmm, but not as adorable as us, right kookie?”

“You know it, babe”

“Urg, you’re making me lose my appetite”

“Wow Namjoon, I never thought I would hear those words from you”
