Jimin groggily kicked off the covers; half-asleep she made her way through the small, dark apartment into the kitchen. After feeling the walls, she found her way to her destination where she gulped a bottle of water. Ugh, the Korean summer heat waves are no joke. It’s almost on par with Thailand. She made her way back to her room when suddenly she bumped into someone, she was about to let out a scream when the presence clamped shut and she heard a familiar voice say,

              “Oh , calm down Jiminnie. It’s just me,” he let go of and nervously awaited her response.

              “Yu...Yugyeom?” she managed to say. Jamie reached out her hands out in the dark and outlined his body until she felt the features of his face, she confirmed it was him through her sense of touch and let out a sigh of relief.

              “What are you doing here?” she paused, she looked over at the clock on the oven, “At this time?” she continued warily.

              “I didn’t know you were awake.” he said avoiding the question.

              “Why are you… why were you coming from Yerin’s bedroom? What’s going on?” she pressed on.    

              Yugyeom hesitated. The silence engulfed the room. The darkness combined with the stillness in the atmosphere was making Jimin feel queasy and nervous for no particular reason. Yugyeom reached for Jamie and squeezed her hand. In a barely audible whisper he quietly said,

              “Tell me what exactly?” she clenched her teeth and braced herself for the worst.
