They are at YoonSic's room gathering for snack a week after yoona's incident

Sica sat up from laying on yoona's lap

"The doctor said that I only have 3% of chance to survive during operation."

"Baby, don't worry if you undergo heart transplant you will survive just be faithful and fight for your family, your friends, and for me"

The lovers give each other a warm and comforting hug easing the pain in their hearts and crying their hearts out to lessen the pain.

 

The to of them fall into a deep slumber not minding tomorrow.
