Life in each every one of us differs in meaning. Some already know what it is. Some try so hard to find it only to be dismayed and disappointed that they can't really figure out what it is. And there are some, who already found it but lost it in just the blink of an eye. Taeyeon, a freshman college student, lost track of her life. She lost its meaning. She can't recall it. She doesn't want to remember it. Or she's just afraid to move forward and find out what truly life is? 

For once, Taeyeon was sure happy. Her world was so full of happy thoughts and memories. She probably knew back then what her life is and where it was going. But then, everything went dull and black. Her world fell. Her life was left hanging there. She used to be so curious about what would happen in the future. Would they be still together? Would they be still happy holding each other's hands strolling around the city? Or would they end up crying, saying their goodbyes to each other? But that curiosity met its end. 

Taeyeon knew now that everything has to end, one way or another. She knew everyone is going to leave her, so what's the point of trying to know someone and trying to keep them knowing they would leave her in the end?  She knew that promises are truly meant to be broken and are only said to make you feel contented, giddy inside and make you a fool if you'd believe it.

Taeyeon became someone who's hard as stone and cold as ice. She shuts people down. She doesn't trust anyone. She can't be close to anyone. She doesn't want people talking to her. She's someone who doesn't show her emotions at all. Someone who doesn't care to the people around her or rather, someone who doesn't care to the world at all. She doesn't want to live anymore.

She's been asking herself.

"What is happiness? 

"What is life?"

"How does it feel?"

"Why am I still here?"

She's lonely. Yet she doesn't want to admit it to herself. She's holding onto her belief that she can do this, that she is strong, that she won't be hurt anymore. 

But, what if one day someone comes along making her feel the feelings she have lost?

Showing her the world she once knew?

Showing her how to live the life she once had?

And tries to change the way she looked at things now?

Will Taeyeon accept that someone?

Will she accept and open her heart to that person?

Or will she shut that person down just like what she does to others?
