Kim Minhee inherites her family's ranch without having any idea how to administer such business. Therefore, she hires the handsome Jeon Jungkook to operate and to learn her how to manage the ranch.

Jungkook believes it’s an easy cause - he can manage the ranch and guide Minhee by the hand until she realizes that she’s far from suited for the job. However, the problem is that Jungkook discovers that he honestly doesn’t want to let go of Minhee’s hand again.

Jungkook paused for a moment and stared intensely at his boots.

“Hmm. I may as well help you again, if that’s what you want.”

“Yes, I think I learn it easier this way.” Minhee held her breath and hoped that he would touch her again. When he approached her, wrapping his arms around her body, she sighed blissfully. His warmth enclosed her and she leaned back a tiny bit until she felt his chest against her body, his presence making her spine shiver.

Minhee blushed. She didn’t want to admit that this was beginning to mean a lot, the way he touched her. She had asked him to teach her how to shoot, just the way she thought her father would have done it. But Jungkook didn’t feel as her father; he felt hard and strong, and he made her feel protected and safe in a way she had never experienced before.
