Soojung, or Krystal, I hope you knew that I was always and am glad that we habitually wrote to each other since the last time I wrote you a letter. Somehow it brought us so much closer than I thought we'd be. And I am glad we did. 

The most random thing you did was when you attached a key chain to the knob of my locker. And it was a brown bear shaped. 

"I picked this up on my way back home yesterday. This reminds me of you!" 

And then I remembered of you being resembled with a duck by your pout. A cute duck. So I intetionally searched for one. For me to give it back to you. Not because I was burdened to give back, but because I knew you were going to love it. It was very confident of me to say that you would love something. Maybe it was a denial part of me, that wouldn't accept the thought of you not liking it. 

So after I got one, I attached it to your bag, secretly. Yes, with a note prepared.

"Soojung, I hope this duck is your preference. This reminds me a lot of you, too!"

I hope my words didn't sound too loud as if it could show my thumping heart. After all, I am a man.
