Description
Lee Chaerin struggles with the consequences of her betrayal of and subsequent breakup with her boyfriend/best friend Kwon Jiyong three years ago. She had been unable to truly move on, upset, guilt-ridden and unhappy, she had tried to reach out to him to mend fences and ease her broken heart but that has proven difficult with Jiyong refusing all her calls. She has refused to leave a message feeling that it would be too impersonal but on this humid June night, emboldened by expensive wine and a heavy heart, after trying for almost 10 minutes, she finally gave in and left a voicemail message. She hoped he would listen.
Foreword
So i was listening to my fave cover of Adele's hello on soundcloud, a reggae version by Omawumi, while i was updating Frozen when suddenly i got lost in the lyrics of the song and the idea for this fanfic materialised. There will probably be lots of things left unwritten, but isnt that the nature of a lot of oneshots. Feel free to infer whatever you want, let your imagination run wild.
