- the animanga research club guidelines, faqs and stuff -
overview this story is practically about the daily lives, of the members, of the animanga research club. if we had to compare this story to an anime, it'd be similar to series like daily lives of highschool boys, nichijou and so on. there isn't much of a plot to this story of ours, it's just revolves around the animanga research club so we guess, that is the plot? genres include comedy, silce of life and hopefully romance, if we can pull it off. our initial plan was to choose 4 applicants but really, it depends on how many people apply as we may just end up choosing all
basics let's see here. you can apply with both male and female characters, and there isn't really a limit to how many times you can apply. we don't really mind, so just apply with as many characters as you want! we can't guarantee that all your characters will be chosen but it doesn't hurt to try lmao. and yuri is allowed, we've never written or yuri before but we're open to trying! the age range is from 15 to 18. the 1st year students are generally around (15-16) whereas 2nd year students should be (16-17) and 3rd year students are (17-18)
faceclaims first and foremost, faceclaims should be anime or manga characters. you can use whoever you like, well, as long as they look like students or are around that age group. serious' personal favourites include the cast of gintama, haikyuu and tokyo ghoul/:re whereas sabolus doesn't have any favourites and likes everyone
personalities we're looking for a variety of different characters to make up the animanga research club so feel free to make your character's personality as strange or as normal as you want. theres no limit to how much or how little you want to write as long as you get your point across. please try to steer clear of marysues/garystus. serious favours perculiar characters, and those who have more negative/neutral traits than positive traits. uhh, quality over quantity, but hey, no one's gonna complain if you write a lot. well maybe serious will
relationships love interests can be anyone of your choice. they can be an original character, one of the author's characters or another applicant. if you're feeling particularly lazy or like surprises, you can also give us author's free reign to your character's love life- we'd be more than happy to play cupid. love interests are also optional, so you can just delete the love interest section if it is unapplicable. regarding family, friends and non-romantic relationships, feel free to include them anywhere into your application form if you want(same applies for their background/lifestyle). we encourage collaborating with applicants and including our characters into your app
