Planet Earth has been invaded. Humans are being hunted down and thrown in prison. Nine year old  Kai is captured and  thrown in a holding cell along with Cassandra . After years of being prisoners, both form an unbreakable bond. With their hope dwindling fast they try to make the most of their time together and promise to marry each other if they make it out alive ….But what they didn't expect was for help to be sent their way. With the help of another planet everyone manages to escape. Earth was saved and peace was restored or so they thought. Yet after Kai and the girl were released, only one of them wanted to keep the promise.
