“You don’t understand. Guys, I must go. My people need me!” 

“I knew it was a bad idea to tag her along.” 

“We can’t just leave her in the car.” 

“Oh yeah.” Jungyeon fakes a smile for barely a second, and deadpanned, “Now she thinks we abandoned her family of peaches back at the market!” 

“Peaches?” Momo pressed a hand on her chest as if she was utterly hurt by the statement. Her voice was muffled from the gauze, slightly sticking out from the inside of her cheeks to collect blood and her brown eyes were still droopy; thanks to the anaesthesia. She looked like a drunk squirrel. “How dare you talk about my family with such insolence. Miku and Yuki aren’t just peaches! They’re my brother and sister!”  

“That’s it. I’m taking the rope.”
