It is the kind of afternoon whereby you just want to crawl into bed and cut off all ties with the outside world. Jiwon will be more than happy to do so, but failing a class is the last thing he want. Which is why he is here, lumbering to the cafeteria about grab a cup of coffee before the commencement of an arduous period of lecture.   It is also the kind of afternoon whereby the universe's sole goal is to you up. Repeatedly.   Long story cut short, Jiwon meets someone he will want to get into a relationship with, but he is not having the best of luck.    This is how it goes:   Jiwon should be queueing behind a boy for his turn to make an order. However, he forgets to lace up his sneakers in the morning and woah, down he go. On top of a beautiful boy and man, beauty beyond words. Jiwon is awestruck. The latter then shoves him back like a house on fire, to snap him out of daydream and as if he is not hurting enough already.   His knees throb in pain. They are turning purplish and Jiwon foretells the blooming of bruises on his kneecaps.   Jiwon glances at boy whom is wrapped up in sending him death glares. As realisation springs up, Jiwon hauls himself off the floor without further ado.   "Hey, sorry about that!" He says, as he offers the boy a helping hand. "Let me buy you coffee?"   The mysterious boy accepts his hand, but as he has predicted, not everyone is as easy-going as he will be.   "May I know your name too?" Because I've been referring you to a nameless nobody in my head far too many times.   When the boy stands up, he introduces himself extremely briefly, "Goo Junhoe." And that is it. Jiwon can tell, Junhoe wants nothing more to with him. The scorn on that pretty face is self-explanatory. "Look, it was great meeting you. Honestly though, where are your eyes? More importantly," Junhoe pats his leather pants, expression unchanging. He is going to be late if he does not hurry in another two minutes. Guess who is going to do a presentation without their daily coffee run?   Junhoe has given a thought about speaking less venomous to people that he meets for the first time. "What are they for?"   Obviously, today is not the day.   "I'm sorry?" Says a stupefied Jiwon.   "You should be." Junhoe's reply completely shuts him up.    To say he is knock senseless, is an understatement. Oh man, he is so blown away. It is because Junhoe is quite an interesting person. The way he carries himself, the way he personal attacks others. Then, an idea comes forthwith. Junhoe will be an excellent addition to his clique, for sure.   Junhoe's finally switches to another expression and Jiwon wonders why. An expression which is more intense than before. Shortly but surely, when he knows what is going on in half a beat slower, he mentally face-palms himself. He must be smiling all these while.   Junhoe digs his hands into the front of his hoodie, looking as supercilious as ever. "See you never." With that, he leaves, long legs striding across the floor in double quick time.   Oh, what a lovely day.   Jiwon perfectly makes a fool out of himself. In front of a different and somewhat suave boy. Lovely. Just lovely.    Jiwon has every intentions to forget about the incident in the afternoon. The universe has something else in store for him though, due to the fact that the whole world is going against him for whatever reasons it finds apposite.    His shirt, for example. He messes up the front and back. Jiwon rewinds the scene from earlier, Junhoe did snorts at him before leaving. You have no idea how concern he is with what Junhoe thinks of him.   Then, the plastic cup of iced beverage on his table. The one he has mindlessly ordered. Now, there is nothing wrong with it. Unless you freaking spills it all over your notebook, thus, render null and void the rest of the lesson since you can't take any notes.   Let's not forget about the graded assignment he left in his room, shall we? His professor is outright a prick. He does not even hide it. Frankly speaking, Jiwon only borderline passes the class. He surmises that this term, he will fail. Without a doubt. In a heartbeat. So much for class attendance, huh?   The list can go on and on. The only thing that motivates Jiwon to plough through the day is dinner.   When he is dismissed, he tramps to the cafeteria with little to no energy. It is more windy in the evening and it does not help when every nook and cranny of the school compound is air-conditioned, especially, when Jiwon absentmindedly dashed out of his room in a t-shirt, ripped jeans and high-cut shoes and nothing more.    Since Jiwon is a poor college student, settling his dinner in the school's cafeteria with his friends is his go-to. He is not really that poor, but more often than not, he likes to think that he is. His family is not in Seoul and you guys probably do not know how much he misses them. Jiwon value every dimes and pennies, in hope that one day, he can bring them over. Anyway let's be real, who will complain about having too much money? Jiwon is no penny-pincher, by all means. He just spends his monthly allowance and salary more wisely.   After getting his plate of food, he joins his group of friends at their usual table.    Jinhwan is the first one to point out how ty he looks and asks how his day is going, in which Hanbin, his best friend since decades ago, comments in his place, "Probably the same as his face." Everyone starts to laugh, including Jiwon himself.    His group of friends consist of Jinhwan, Hanbin, Yunhyeong, Donghyuk and Chanwoo. They are known for their good looks in school. They attracts attention wherever they are. Jiwon does not care about things like reputation, popularity, what and
