It's the week of Christmas and the Lotte Hotel looks as if the gingerbread man came and puked all over it. Wreaths hang on every door, the kitchen smells like a gingerbread house, santa hats sit on every employee, and the christmas tree lights up in the middle of the lobby. Christmas is a time for giving, sharing hot chocolate, and cuddling with your baes and boos. Families and friends check into the hotel and are showered with oustanding service and holiday spirit. Everything seems peaceful...until one love story changes it all.

author's note: hello everyone and welcome to my big four! since this is my first story in my big four series, i thought i would explain everything here so if you read this then you'll be blessed with love from your bias. so, i'm not sure if any of you know, but there is a crossover in the animation world between jack frost, merida, hiccup, and rapunzel, and they're called the big four. fans make up all these stories and au's with these four characters, keeping their personalities and backgrounds the same, but the plots different. as i fangirled over it, i decided to make my own big four with set profiles so i can use them in any au that i want. and now, i introduce you to MY big four : halla, wonwoo, seulgi, and yoongi. i'll be making more stories with these four characters and keeping their basic personality traits but throwing them into different plots. i hope you can fall in love with them and support my wacky idea. ah, i should talk about this actual story now. i know it's not christmas yet, but i've been in the holiday spirit since the begininng of november lmao. the past two months consisted of me rewatching eloise at christmastime and i really wanted to make something based off of bill and rachel's love line SO HERE IT IS. the story is  h i g h l y  inspired by the movie and i just wanted to make a nice, cute, romantic, holiday story in the spirit of christmas so i hope you enjoy!
