Words We Never Said
"Please don't see just a boy caught up in dreams and fantasy. Please see me, reaching out for someone I can't see."

Today wasn’t different from any other day; Jungkook waited for his best friend at the entrance of the school building with an umbrella over his head. And again, his friend showed up with another, completely ignoring the younger. Jungkook didn’t even mind it anymore. He followed his friend silently until they reached the street crossing.
“See you tomorrow.” Jimin waved towards Taehyung as he crossed the street.
“Bye!” Taehyung smiled and waited for his friend to disappear into the crowd of students before turning around. “Jungkook!” the smile grew deeper.
Jungkook chewed on his bottom lip to avoid the words from spilling out of his mouth.
‘It hurts, hyung. It hurts so bad.’
“Let’s go!”

Jungkook nodded, eyes fixed on the other’s shoes. ‘Your shoes are untied.’
Taehyung leaned close and ruffled Jungkook’s hair with his damp hands. “Thanks. I love you.”

“I already ate…”
“Okay.”

“Jungkook, grab me my phone please.” He heard Taehyung call from the bedroom. Jungkook got up from the couch and grabbed the cellphone sitting on the corner of the coffee table. He dragged his feet across the floor to make as little noise as possible as he headed towards the sound of laughter.
“Here,” he extended his hand towards Taehyung sitting on his bed, eyes fixed on the television across bedroom.
“Thank you baby.” He grinned and Jungkook felt his heart stop for that brief moment. “Sit, let’s watch this together.”
Jungkook cautiously took a seat at the edge of his own bed, heart accelerating at an alarming rate.
“What are you doing there?” Taehyung scowled, “come here.” He grabbed the younger’s arm and pulled
