"C'mon Song Yi ah. We really need to leave."

"Omma, I told you already. I don't need a new hanbok. I can always wear the one we bought last year." "But this year's Chuseok is very special. The whole family will be in our house and the Kim's too. What will your cousins say when they see the same thing?" "It doesn't matter. I don't care what they say anyway." "But please Song Yi ah. She never really liked wearing hanbok but her traditional family does. Every year, when her mother's side of the family comes to celebrate with them, her mom always make her wear a new set of hanbok. And though they have the funds to buy a new one every year, she always thought it was impractical because all the old ones before fit her still. But she really can't say no to her doting mother.    Her family wasn't rich or anything. Though she grew up well fed and sent to good schools, it was because her father worked hard for it. Her parents always asked her to move places because they know she'll do good no matter where she is but she decided to stay home and work for her dad's crop business. Her father's farm was the reason why she finished school so in return she decided to help her hardworking father in her hometown where she lived all her life.    But she always thought of Seoul. And the boy who left for it. Song Yi knows his world is different from her now.   A country girl and a city boy.   They will never fit but for somewhat reason her heart cannot love another one. And every year, when her mother's friends visit and introduced her to a man of her age, she always noticed that the eyes is not that small or his lips is not like Sunggyu. And that's why she never dated anyone. It was foolish to wait for Sunggyu but she's trying her best to move on with her life.    She will be 27 soon.
