Just like an entertainment company, Mochi accepts Trainees and trains them to be models, idols or actors. Trainees who want to be idols are put through a training period to prepare them for debut. When the CEO's decide that its time to debut a group, they pick a bunch of trainees and put them together. e.g. STELLAR Hyoeun, RV Seulgi and 4MINUTE Hyuna and Sohyun could be put together to form a girl group and debut with SISTAR - SHAKE IT. And when this group debuts, they will have comebacks, shows and interviews like normal idols. As for models and actors, they can debut through dramas or photoshoots being organised through Mochi. But unlike most companies, we are lenient with our trainees, they can date, marry, and do all that. So life as a trainee in Mochi is pretty enjoyable, not mentioning we have a lot of fun activities as well! So what are you waiting for? Join Irene, Kei, Ji Yeon and Suga and come to Mochi entertainmen! We always need new family members!
