After finishing the food, you all paid for the meal and headed out.

"Bye noona! I hope I get to see you again" JunQ shouted and waved

"Bye!" you waved back

Seyong put his hands in his pocket "Do you have to go back?"

"No, I can hang out for a little while" you smiled

The two of you walked into a nearby park and sat down at a bench. You bought icecream as a dessert

*Now I can't stop thinking about your story* you sighed a little

"You're quiet now" you said

Seyong chuckled "I guess.. I'm just thinking about the past"

You looked at him "What.. is your past?". He then looked at you "Do you really want to know?" he asked. You nodded

"Umma! Umma!" little 13 year old Seyong ran into his parent's room

"Seyong! What did I say about running in here without my permisson?!" Seyong's mother scolded him

"Mianhae.." Seyong looked down

Seyong's mother muttered some words under her breath but sighed "What is it?" 

"Umma! I got a 90 on my math test! Everyone in the class didn't do so well but I-" 

"A 90?" shesmirked "I don't care about your 90. If I don't see a 100 or better, then don't talk to me" Seyong's mother walked out of the room

Quietly, Seyong cried by himself.

Later that day, Seyong's mother called everyone for dinner. Dinner was usually quiet. The family consisted of Seyong's father, Seyong's mother and Seyong

"Appa,how was your day?" Seyong asked

"It was fine" he muttered. It was quiet again

Seyong's father abruptly got up and went to the living room to watch tv.

Seyong's mother shook her head and stood up "Why do you always leave the table before finishing dinner? Why don't you talk to this family anymore?! Why!?" Seyong's mother screamed

"Because I'm tired! Do I have to tell you everything?! I paid for this house! I work my off and I get scolded by a like you?!" Seyong's father roared

Little Seyong would run up to the stairs and silently watch his parents argue and fight. His parents fought everyday and it was a mystery why they didn't just divorce.
