He puts down the drink, he shouldn’t be drinking but when no one is around he can’t help but do it, to hide the tears- to hide the pain and to hide the feelings. He throws the bottle roughly and a slow tear escapes his tired brown eyes. His head droops down and he walks away from the mess that he made; slowly but surely the headache came back, smacking into him like the bottle into the wall. It was always the same procedure. Unless he was with her because she changed things, she changed everything- happiness becomes so easy to him and a smile always seeps onto his face when he see’s hers. Then it clicked. It was his fault; he wasn’t with her at this very moment. He said he needed time, to be away- to get lost in his own thoughts and become this miserable person that he was right now.

She was just walking down the street, lost in her own thoughts much like she thought the one she loved would be at this very moment. Yes. She loved him- to the point where it was unbearable to be away from him but if it was what he needed then she was more than willing to help him- no matter the pain she felt in return. She just wanted to hold him and for him to just trust in her, trust her to make everything better for him. But it was time he wanted and time she gave in return.  She felt an impact to her left side and all the air rushed out of her lungs- when she looked at who it was that hit her she was met with sweat filled dark brown hair and a saggy white shirt that she knew and loved. It was her love, he had returned to her after what felt like an eternity. Now, in her arms like she only just thought about, as if it was a dream was Jungkook.

It was bliss, the feeling of being with her, to smell the gentle scent of a flower that belonged to only her, she was all that mattered to him and he should have listened to her a long time ago before pushing her away when all he needed to do was let her love in to melt his cold and damaged heart.

It was then that she kissed him. Emotions flowing through her that she was unable to control anymore. It was now or never, she needed to let him know how she felt towards him entirely, it was more than a young love to her, it was eternal and she knew that she would never leave him alone to his thoughts anymore. She mumbled in his ears... ‘I love you’ her tears flowing onto his shoulder as she started to tremble with feeling. He was trembling too, whether from exhaustion from getting to her or from the emotion as well she didn’t know but he mumbled back.

‘I love you too, I am sorry, so just hold me tight’
