I was first to go to bed. I let the warmth surround me as I held my sheets closer. After a long exhausting day, I deserved this. I closed my eyes hoping the sandman would be on his way, but I got something better.

His body weight came onto to the bed as he wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me closer. His scent was intoxicating so I faced him and snuggled my face in his chest. His heart beat was calming. We tangled ourselves in eachother's body embracing eachhother's warmth. He put his chin on he top of my head and he breathed in, smelling my shampoo.

"Hey, love?" He asked with his, oh so, beautful voice.

I hummed against his chest as a response.

"You are my pride."
