-FLASHBACK TO 7 YEARS AGO-
MI YOUNGS POV
He wiped my tears and held me close.
"Dont worry." He whispered
I cried on his shoulder.
"Dont leave. Please. You dont know how long you'll be gone." I said
"I'll be back as soon as possible. Dont worry about it." He said to me
I looked at him.
"Promise you'll always love me?" I asked
"I'll love you forever. I'll look at no other girl besides you and i'll only think of you." He said
then he pulled out a small box from his pocket.
He opened it and inside were two rings. One was bigger than the other.
He took the smaller one and put it on my ring finger.
"Its beautiful." I said admiring it. Then, i took the other ring and slid it on his finger.
"Our couple ring." He said holding my hand.
We looked deep in each other's eyes and we had our final kiss before he left.
It was as sweet as ever.
After we pulled away, we looked at each other again.
"I love you." We said in unison.
He kissed me one more time before going in the plane.
I went to the window and watched his plane fly off.
I gently touched the glass with my hand that has the ring. Tears silently rolled down my face.
"I'll always love you and look at you too, Yoseob." I whispered.
-END OF FLASHBACK-
BACKROUND:
Mi Young and Yoseob we're bestfriends ever since elementary school and they both developed a crush for each other
at the age of 13. Both were afraid to admit their feelings for each other, but Yoseob found the courage to confess and,
of course, Mi Young said yes. They dated to 2 years and everyone respected them as a couple. They wore couple hoodies
and t-shirts and stuff like that, but they never got a couple ring. Yoseob got a call from his father in America to come
over there and study in a private school. Yoseob had no choice but to obey his words. He bought a couple ring and
planned to give it to Mi Young on their anniversary, which was a week away, but Yoseob had to leave immediatly.
Mi Young spent their anniversary alone. They used webcam every night for 3 weeks, but Yoseob had gotten really busy.
When Yoseob left, Mi Young spent the last 7 years trying to be a model, and she didnt fail. She had a nice modeling
career, but shes not that famous yet. Yoseob, on the other hand, studied music and got in a band.
Yoseob is about to make a comeback with his group, B2ST and do a concert, but Mi Young doesnt really pay attention to
the music these days. She listens to the old bands, but doesnt pay attention to the new ones, because shes too busy with
a lot of stuff.
Mi Young never forgot about Yoseob, and their love, but Yoseob.... thats a different story.
Foreword
MI YOUNGS POV
"Mi Young, your plane is about to go. We must take our seats now." My manager said
"Huh?" I blinked tears.
Airports and planes always remind me of that day....
"Remembering him again huh?" My manager said as i nodded.
My manager, Min Hee and i are very close.She is 30 years old, and im 22. Its been 7 years, but i still remember mine
and Yoseob's memories together like it just happened yesterday.
"Neh...lets just go before anyone sees and starts asking questions." I said going to the plane.
We handed our tickets and took our seats.
I sighed and looked out the window.
"Dont worry, you'll be fine. The music company is very nice. I booked it for you because it can boost up your career."
She assured me.
I nodded.
"Im going to sleep." I said and i drifted off to sleep, dreaming about my past memories with him, like i always do when
i close my eyes.
YOSEOBS POV
"Okay, okay. So, shes going to arrive today?" I asked my manager.
"Neh, dont worry, her manager says she may be rookie, but shes a natural." He assured me
I sighed deeply.
"Okay, so shes okay with doing this for B2ST?" Doojoon hyung asked.
"Neh, but the weird thing is, she hasnt heard of you guys. Her manager said shes always so busy." Manager hyung said
"Mwoh? What kind of girl doesnt know B2ST?" Kikwang asked.
"Apperantly her....im tired guys!" I whined
The door opened and my beautiful girlfriend walked in.
"Hi IU nuna!" Dongwoon said and the others greeted her too.
"Annyeong! Yah, oppa, can we eat lunch together today?" She asked me
I was sitting down so i pulled her on my lap.
"Mianhae jagiya....i had a busy schedule, so i had to eat lunch early." I rested my head on her shoulder.
She pouted.
"Aigoo....but, i do too...which reminds me, i have to be somewhere!! Omo!" She said getting up.
She pecked my cheek before dashing out the door.
I chuckled to myself.
"Aiish, couples." Junhyung mummbled
"Can we go to our dorm and rest for 3 hours or something?" Hyunseung asked
"Hmmmm....yeah, you can. Go." Manager hyung said and we ran for it because we didnt want to waste anytime on rest.
-at the dorm-
"Im going to change my t-shirt." Hyunseung said going in the closet.
He looked around and something seemed to catch his eye. He reached up for something then brought it down.
A.....box?
"Seungie Hyung, whats that?" I asked walking in the closet. [it was a walk in closet]
"A box....." He looked at the sides
"Huh? I says " Love you forever, seobie" " Hyunseung said
The others came in.
"Mwoh?" They said at the same time
We went to the living room and went in a circle.
Hyunseung sat in the middle and i was on the right of him.
He dusted it off a bit then opened it.
In it was familiar looking things: A old withered rose, a mini picture book and a box.
"Why do those look so familiar?" I asked
Kikwang smiled and took the box.
"Seobie hyung, you honestly dont remember?" He asked
I shook my head.
"Aiish, you have a girlfriend back in Korea, remember? I use to go to highschool with you and her...but
i moved first, then you ended up moving and we met again, and you met IU nuna, and you two started dating, and
you instatly forgot about your girlfriend in Korea, and you also took off your couple ring and other things and
put it in this box." He said
My eyes widened
"Omo.....i do.....i cant believe....i forgot....but she probobly did too.... i mean...its been 7 years...." I said
"Yoseob you ...YOU HAVE A FREAKING GIRLFRIEND YOU LEFT AND YOU JUST FORGOT ABOUT
HER WHEN IU ARRIVED IN YOUR LIFE!?" Junhyung yelled
I flinched
"And i thought i was the pabo here..." Kikwang murrmered
"Wait, so hes not kidding?" Hyunseung said
I shook my head
"YOSEOB!" Doojoon and Dongwoon yelled out
"Mwoh! Who gives a damn!? Its not like ill ever see her again!" I defended myself.
"What if she never forgot about you all these years?" Kikwang said
"DONT JINX IT!" I yelled out
"Yah, Yoseob, you need to find that girl and tell her its over between you two." Junhyung hyung said
"Wae? Its not like she thinks we're still dating after we havnt seen each other in 7 years!" I said
"Yoseob....." Dongwoon said quietly
i looked at him
"Its not right to forget someone...especially since here, it looked like you two really loved each other." He held up the
mini picture book.
I grabbed it flipped through it. It was pictures of us. Smiling, sometimes kissing, and we looked like a real couple.
Everyone passed it around then Hyunseung put it back in the box.
"I remember this. She gave it to you on your first anniversary....coinsidentally, you gave her the same thing...
you two were perfect for each other." Kikwang said looking at the rose.
"And how do you remember everything!?" i asked
"Because she was my bestfriend...and yours too. But i never fell in love with her, because we were like brother and sister."
"You know what guys, just put the box back and pretend like nothing ever happened. And dont tell anyone." Doojoon
hyung said and everyone nodded and Hyunseung went to put the box back.
"Do you remember her name by any chance?" I asked Kikwang
"Mi Young." He said and went in the bedroom and he flopped on his bed and fell asleep.
Mi Young?? I wonder if we'll ever cross paths again.....
