So cara is another one of my favs she is adorable and funny. Cara revealed she dislikes working out but she does it anyway. She dosnt eat a lot and dosn't excersize a lot. She eats things that are under 40% sugar and she drinks water with lemon and ginger in it a lot. Here is her workout plan it's pretty easy.
Monday-45 minutes of running and 15 minutes of skipping.
Tuesday-60 minutes of kick boxing
Wednesday-15 minutes of skipping and 20 minutes of running
Thursday-25 minute leg excersizes 25 minutes of abs and 10 minutes of skipping
Friday-45 minutes of yoga 15 minutes of meditation
Saturday 45 minutes of pilates and 15 minutes of abs
Sunday is a rest day!!!!!
