Miranda Kerr diet

Now Miranda has a great body and she dosn't do a lot of extreme excersize! She tries to do 30min of yoga then, 30 min of pilates and 30 min of weight training with things like weights and resistance bands. She also likes to hike and ride bikes with her son (hes such a cutie). She also likes to change it u once and a while so instead of doing the same workouts change the order of things.She carries easy transportable snacks like fruit nuts and seeds. She also eats egg whites with avacado or oatmeal with a nice cup of juice in the morning. She follows the Alkeline based it's when she drinks 2-3 leates of alkeline water a day. A lovely quote from miranda "Try to control yourself around bad foods but it's okay to be a little naughty."
