Taehyung's POV

"Taeri, do you really like Jungkook?"

"Oppa, I know that because I'm you're baby sister you don't want me dating, but you have to accept it."

"You're not dating him!" Taehyung slams his hand on the table, knocking a glass of water over

A waiter runs over and starts to wipe up the water and Taehyung drops to his knees to help, but Jimin grabs him by his arm and pulls him back up

"There is no need to help, that is their job. You are the customer here not an employee."

Taehyung sits back in his chair after apologizing to the waiter

"Oppa, you're making people stare at us...."

"They were already staring at-" Taeri's phone starts ringing "Who's calling you?"

"It's mom"

"Give me the phone, I have to talk to her" Taehyung grabs the phone and quickly walks outside "Hello"

"Put me on the phone with Taeri"

"Why did you tell Taeri that she was dating Jungkook?"

"Is there a problem with that? He has a good background and is wealthy, he would be a perfect edition to the family.... if you asked that question it means that Jungkook is going along with it, am I correct?"

"Yes, but I doubt he will continue for much longer. Taeri is not exactly his type, the poor are not his type."

"Who said we were poor? We are just in a time of need. Jungkook is a young man who understands this-"

"You told him we are in financial troubles, do you know how embarrassing that is?!"

"Why should you care, he is only an acquaintance to you. I know he is not a school mate, because what rich person would go to a public school. I don't need to know how you met him, but he has been a blessing for us and I don't want you messing that up."

"But-"

"Do not argue with me Taehyung, if he's going along with Taeri saying that he's her boyfriend maybe he likes her. Let them be, okay?"

"Okay, bye"

Taehyung hangs up and turns back around and sees Jungkook coming outside

"Who were you talking to?"

"No one, just go inside" Taehyung speaks angrily

Taehyung pushes past Jungkook, but Jungkook grabs his arm before he could re-enter the restaurant

"Are you mad at me? Tell me what I did wrong"

"Everything, everything you are doing is wrong, just stop it"

"Stop what?"

"Everything! You said you like me, right? Than why the hell are you telling Taeri you are her boyfriend!"

"I didn't tell her that, your mother did"

"Than you deny it not go along with it! After this meal I'm going to my house with Taeri. Without. You."

Taehyung takes his arm out from Jungkook's grasp and walks inside the restaurant. When Taehyung reached the table he could see Taeri's concerned look

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine. I just got a little stressed out."

As Jungkook arrives to the table the waiter starts to bring out the food

"Oppa~ you almost missed your meal"

Jungkook smiles "I won't ever be late"

As Jungkook goes to his chair he squeezes Taehyung's shoulder, earning himself a glare from Taehyung

~One hour later~

After everyone finished their meal Taehyung stared at the waiter bringing the bill over. Once the bill was set on the table Taehyung quickly grabbed it

Jungkook's POV

"Give me it, I'm gonna pay for it. I already know you can't pay for it, just give me the bill"

Taehyung takes out his wallet and leaves some money on the table

"Taeri, let's go. We're going home"

Jungkook watches Taehyung go around the table, take Taeri by the arm and walk out of the restaurant

"Why did he leave that money?"

"It's probably the amount of the meal" Jungkook takes the money and puts it in his wallet "Pay for the bill, I'm gonna call your chauffeur. Give me your phone"

Jungkook walks outside and sees Taehyung an Taeri across the street, getting in a cab

Do you act this way so that I chase you or do you really want me to go away? "Hello, this is Jeon Jungkook. I'm speaking for Park Jimin, we need you to come to Haruensoku, in Daegu"

"Right away sir, but it will take around three hours"

"You have two, goodbye"

Jungkook hangs up the phone and waves at Jimin to come outside

All that is left to do now is wait

 ~Two hours and a half later~

As the car pulled up Jungkook took out his phone and looked at the time

"You're thirty minutes late"

"My apologizes, but I cannont control traffic"

Jungkook looks at the chauffeur "Are you talking back to me?"

"No, of course not"

"Jungkook, stop complaining and get in the car. We're going home now"

Jungkook gets into the back seat with Jimin and hands him back his phone

"We need to make a quick stop to Taehyung's house" Jungkook takes out his phone and hands it to the chauffeur "The address is in there"

Once they arrived at Taehyung's house Jungkook quickly got out and jogged up to their front door. He knocked on the door and after a few seconds Taehyung opened the door

"Why are you here?"

Jungkook hands Taehyung the exact amount of money that he left on the table

"Take it back, I don't need it"

"Do you think I do?"

"Yes, living in a place like this shows you need. This was probably your life saving, am I right?"

"Leave. I don't want you here"

"I will once I finish what I came to do. Go get Taeri-"

"Jungkook, is that you?" Taehyung's mother yells from the kitchen

"Hello, Mrs. Kim"

Taehyung's mother walks up to Jungkook "Taehyung, go upstairs. I need to speak to Jungkook"

Taehyung reluctantly goes upstairs leaving his mother alone with Jungkook

"I heard from Taehyung that you're going along with dating Taeri, is that true?"

"Yes, but I won't continue. I already told Taeri that I'm not really dating her, I just told her to pretend"

"Why tell her you aren't if you were going to fake it?"

"Because I don't want her to get hurt, not that I would care. It was Taehyung's reaction that I had kept in mind"

"With no relationship between you and Taeri, what do you think will happen to this family?"

"Even if I marry Taeri or Taehyung the money is still on the table"

"Marry Taehyung?! What type of mother do you think I am to allow such a disgrace? I rather end up on the streets with no house"

"Do you want to take that chance? You've become so desperate that you want a stranger to marry your daughter" Taehyung's mother remains silent "Your whole family can live with me and it will be a good situation for the both of us-" Taehyung's mother opens to speak but Jungkook interrupts her "-but you can only live there under one condition...."
