"Can I ask you something?" Jungkook nods "Why are you looking for my son?"

"Y-your son?"

"Yes, unless that young man only looks really similar to my son"

"Would you care to let me see him?"

"Not at all, we're celebrating his return. I'm even buying him a nice suit for the occasion."

"Return?" Her son really is Taehyung

"My son disappeared for a while, but now he's back and that's all that matters"

Jungkook makes an apologetic look and follows Taehyung's mother into the store he just came out of

"What type of suit are you going to buy for him?"

"Any one would suffice, although I'm not so sure as to what size he his"

"Taehyung and I are near the same height and weight so just pick something similar to me"

Both Jungkook and Taehyung's mother go around the store looking at all the suits until they ind the one that would look best on him

"How about this one?"

She chose one of the more expensive suits "It's nice, but I think it will be too expensive for you"

"It's fine, I think I brought enough"

They walk over to the cash register with the suit in hand and wait for the cashier to ring up the suit

"Your total is 1,136,250 won" (Equivalent to 1000 US dollars)

"Oh dear, that's far too much for me, is their one just like this one but for less?"

"I'm sorry, but this is an expensive br-"

"I'll pay for it" Jungkook said as he took out his wallet

"That's too much to ask for, I'll just get another suit"

"It's fine I have more than enough"

Jungkook swiped his credit card and gave his signature

"Thank you so much, it's nice to know that Taehyung has a friend like you"

Jungkook picked up the bags and walked out of the mall with Taehyung's mother

"How did you get her?"

"By bus, of course"

"Bus?" I don't ever remember going on one

They walk together to the bus stop and wait until it arrives. Once it arrives Taehyung's mother takes out her bus pass

"What's that?"

"My bus pass? You need it to get on; did you forget it at home?"

I've only heard of bus passes "Yeah, I forgot it"

"Tell the bus driver nicely and maybe he'll let you on"

Taehyung's mother gets on the bus and scans her bus pass

"I forgot my bus pass can I still get on?"

With the bus close to being empty the bus driver waved him in. Jungkook than sat next to Taehyung's mother

"It's going to be a twenty mnute drive so lets' have a chat" Jungkook nods "How do you know my son?"

"That's a little harder to explain, it's easier just to say we met at school"

"Oh, but why were you looking for him?"

"I had to tell him something and he suddenly disappeared"

"You must be really close"

"In a way, yes"

"It makes me happy to know he made a friend, you see Taehyung isn't exactly shy but he's rather hard to understand" Taehyug's mother takes a deep breath in "When we get to the house I bet Taehyung will be really happy to see you"

I hope....

~Twenty minutes later~

"Come on, we're here"

Jungkook got off the bus and then helped Taehyung's mother down the bus

"How far away is your house from here?"

"A little over two blocks.... can I ask you something?" Jungkook nods "How were you able to pay for the suit?"

"I come from a wealthy family, that wasn't really anything to me"

"I hope you didn't waste too much money on Taehyung like you did today"

"I want to do what's best for Taehyung"

The rest of the walk was in silence until they reached the house. At the front of the house Taehyung's mother took the bags into her hands

"Put on these slippers, I'll call Taehyung and his sister downstairs"

Jungkook watched Taehyung's mother go inside as he took of his shoes

How will he react to see me?

Jungkook walked inside and saw Taehyung's mother bringing him down the stairs with his eyes closed

It's really Taehyung

"Now, what's the surprise you wanted to show me?"

"I brought you" Taehyung opens his eyes "Your friend!"

"Sir?!"

"Sir?"

"I mean Jungkook" Taehyung ran up to Jungkook and grabbed his arm "I need to talk to Jugkook alone. I'll be right down"

Taehyung ran upstairs with Jungkook and slammed the door to his room

"Why are you here? How do you think my mother is going to react if she knew you owned me? You have to leave"

"I came here to talk to you"

Taehyung walked to his closet and took out a small metal box.

"Here" Taehyung opens the box and takes out a bunch of money "How much did you pay for me, I'll pay it back, but for now this is all I have"

Jungkook flings the money to the other side of the room

"This isn't about the money"

There is a knocking on the door

"Taehyung, Jungkook? Is there a problem?"

"N-no" Taehyung drops to the floor and starts picking up the money "We'll be right out" In a softer tone Taehyung speaks to Jungkook "It'd be best if you left"

"Fine, but come out at three a.m. No later than that"

Jungkook leaves Taehyung's room and goes downstairs to see Taehyung's mother setting up the table

"Are you leaving already?"

"Sadly, yes. It was nice meeting you"

"Are you sure you can't stay?

"I'm sorry but something came up"

"Bye, Jungkook. Make sure to visit another day"
