Jongin looks good in ANY piece of clothing and he knows it. It's not that he's concieted, it's just that many admired his looks, envied his dance moves, desired his body, and loved the skin he was in. And he was more than obvious of the fact since, more often than not, it was pointed out to him.  "Be happy with what you have" Jongin was doing just that, being happy about what he's got: his perfectly toned body and naturally tanned skin. Nothing wrong with that, right?
