Story Description: Several hundred years ago, the Jeon family ruled Korea. Jeon Jungkook, heir to the throne, was turning of age. Hatred ran deep towards the Jeon family, particularly from the other royal families within Korea. On the day of Jungkook's coming of age ceremony, the hatred turned into full-blown violence when a smaller family, the Kims, invaded the castle and killed off the whole family. The queen sacrificed herself to save her own son, thus protecting him with her own blood. That magic still lasts today.
Present time, Jeon Jungkook is a medical student at Korea University. Considered to be a prodigy, he is envied by other students and revered by his teachers. However, the massacre that happened hundreds of years ago still haunts him. One day, he discovers a jade pendant in his drawer. Through this, he unleashes a whirlwind of dark energy generated from the defeat of the Jeon family. Now he must protect himself from the dark entities within, but how can he do it when the only ally he has is the cause for his family's downfall?

Chapter 23: Congratulations to the winners! Honestly I never read "It's Not Easy Coming Out", because holy- that story is LONG and whenever I tried to read it my mother would pop up DX but either way. I will definitely read it and the other entry or entries I missed (someday very soon) and will try to make adequate comments for them. But, either way, congratulations winners! Also, I do want to say congratulations to the other monthly entrants because all of the entries are very interesting and I loved reading the ones that I did read! <3

I know I, and probably others, appreciate the opportunity to participate in the mini-contests, but really, life sometimes throws curve balls at us. I (we) definitely understand so good luck with whatever it is that has come knocking at your door outside of AFF.
Second... yeah. I know. >.> *bad author/reader* I was good last month and this month I have been lacking in motivation - for reading and writing - and it's terrible. T_T Trying to get my head back in gear though! I'm hoping to carve some time out over the next couple days to get back into supporting others and actually making headway on my own stories. *fingers crossed*

Chapter 49: I really wanted to comment on the September entries because I thought it was cool to give others feedback and to get extra karma since I wasn't participating in the mini contest, but it's the first month of university for me and I've been bogged down with homework. I'll make an effort this month to comment as well as working on my entries.
