It's high time Leeteuk lets his hair grow. After all, its not only wanted by ELFs but also by his only friend,Heechul.  Now that Heechul has short hair, Chul thought of doing something useful with his hairband.

Jungsu's feelings rise up before him like an ocean; all he can do is try to stay afloat.
